They have lunch set and it’s really cheap. The electro-communication University’s Student come here a lot. Average cost is 1000 JPY. Native Chinese chief makes a decent taste.

Lots of food and really cheap! Also the owners are Chinese and according to my Chinese friends the food is authentic.

Sanra-men 750円, sui gyoza 400円 I arrived around 19:00 on Sunday and didn't have to wait. The portions are very large and great value. The University of Electro-Communications is nearby, so there are lots of young men. The service is handled by Chinese staff and feels a little curt. The flavors were a little too strong for my taste, but I think it's a good restaurant with great value and a Chinese atmosphere. The very cheap set meals are probably its appeal.
