Delicious Homemade ramen. The serving is generous and prices are very good value. Refill of mens only ¥50. Homemade gyouza are big and tasty.

View on Google2026.6.22 My first visit. I had 豚骨千年ラーメン. It contains 2 slices of chashu, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, mayu, and spicy sauce. The aroma of the mayu (charred garlic) whets the appetite, but the spicy sauce was overpowered by the mayu's aroma and flavor, so I couldn't taste it at all. The base is solidly tonkotsu broth, but the added back fat makes it mellow. And noodle refills are only 50円! Recommended if you want good-value tonkotsu ramen near Chofu Station. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleVisited around late afternoon on a weekday. There were 2 customers including me. Ordered 豚骨千年ラーメン (790円) and garlic (50円). It was insanely quick from ordering to eating. The noodles are firm, with rather few toppings and little soup. (You can get more soup) The soup is on the sweet side, and I wanted to adjust it with sauce or something, but there weren't many condiments on the table. It's fairly cheap, so that's understandable, but I would've liked options for extra toppings. I wasn't particularly unhappy with the flavor, so it's simply a shame.
View on Google千年ラーメン along Shinagawa-dori in Chofu. This tonkotsu ramen shop holds memories from my student days, and sometimes I suddenly find myself desperately craving “that soup”. Every time I pass through the entrance curtain, that unchanged aroma puts me at ease. Of course I ordered the signature 千年ラーメン. Its defining feature is the tonkotsu broth cooked in a large cauldron: rich yet without an overly heavy finish, leaving only a gently lingering umami. It pairs perfectly with the ultra-thin noodles, and once I start slurping them coated in soup, my chopsticks won't stop. With this kind of tonkotsu ramen, heat control and cooking affect the depth of flavor, but the balance of full richness and a broth you never tire of drinking is superb. Before I know it, I've ordered extra noodles, and “just one more portion” keeps repeating—a dangerous place. I'm happy that the urge to order endless noodle refills is still there, just as it was in my student days. A celebrated Chofu shop packed with reasons for its enduring popularity rather than flashiness. Such a warm bowl of ramen that makes me want to return regularly.
