What a great little find here. Awesome service for non Japanese speakers, they did an amazing job getting us settled in for dinner. Hand made fresh pasta, fresh house made salad dressings, a variety of wines and drink menu. On a whim we decided to try them out and were not disappointed one bit. Well worth it if your in the area!

I usually never write reviews, especially negative ones, about any establishment. I was very disappointed because this local pasta place was a favorite of mine. Very affordable and great tasting hand-made pasta with a nice atmosphere. The staff’s attitude, however, completely ruined the experience and I will never be returning. On one occasion, an older lady made a complaint to the male server. I wasn’t sure of the situation, but she started to raise her voice. The male server proceeded to yell at her and loudly mock her to the kitchen staff. While customer harassment is a very pervasive problem I think the wait staff have a responsibility to try and deescalate these kinds of situations. Seeing him yell at her back and treat the lady with disrespect was very uncomfortable. I understand the attitude of one server does not reflect the entire establishment, so we continued to dine there. Today I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered a salad and took my pasta to-go while my partner ate theirs there. I could hear the waitress mocking me to the kitchen staff, laughing at what she thought was me ordering my pasta to-go as a mistake. She came over to clarify with a smile, which felt very disingenuous. When I went to the bathroom she went to my partner and told them to go and pay so they could handover my to-go pasta. I’ve never had to pay upfront like this before, it felt like they were asking us to leave. Since I was in the bathroom when this happened, my partner had to cover the bill when I was intending to pay for them tonight. While the food tastes great and is affordable, pleased be warned that the wait staff may give you an uncomfortable experience.

Food is great at Sengawa Pasta! The pasta and sauces are always fresh and the pasta is homemade and cooked perfectly al dente. The French fries were also really good. I had the pasta, salad, and drink set and it was fantastic! Ordered the eggplant bolognese with mozzarella. So yummy!

Perfectly textured homemade pasta, very tasty. Get the large, as regular size isn't that big. Weird seating, they don't fill all tables even if there's a queue.
