They don't do it now, but they used to keep a dog in front of the store. This dog would bark loudly every time a customer came, which was very annoying. When 110 was called and the police told them to stop, they would pull it back, but the next day they would put the dog out in front of the store again as if nothing had happened and let it bark loudly. Usually, if you are reported once, you stop immediately, but even after being reported dozens of times, they didn't stop. I consulted with the Tama-Fuchu Health Center and the Tama Animal Protection Center, and after a warning from there, they finally stopped. Just when I thought that was it, the following spring when it got warmer, they put the dog out again and let it bark loudly. I reported it to the aforementioned agencies again, and here they finally really stopped. These are people who wouldn't stop bothering the neighborhood unless you went this far. I was truly tormented for a very long time. However, even now, they still take the dog for a walk on a bicycle and let it bark loudly almost every day. They don't care even though it's barking at passersby. I felt sorry for the toddler who was crying because it was barked at. They should know shame by now. They act like victims to bad reviews, but I know the 'selfish and highly aggressive true nature' of the shop owner, so I just think it's hypocritical. Why am I writing this now? Honestly, I was afraid that by writing this, they would retaliate by putting the dog out again and the loud barking would resume. That's why I haven't written it until now. But they are acting like victims to bad reviews from others, and they have probably reported my post many times too. It gets hidden many times. Because I just couldn't forgive the fact that this person's true nature is someone who holds grudges. You've done plenty of things to be hated for, haven't you? That's why you get bad reviews. It's strange for you to take an attitude that you haven't done anything to be hated for. Since what you've done is coming back as bad reviews, just accept it. That's all.
View on GoogleI visited at night. I was surprised by the large number of choices, from standard menus to limited-time menus. Since they fry it after you order, you can get hot, freshly fried side dishes. You can also choose between white rice and seasoned rice, and they include instant miso soup, so it's good value for money. Also, the staff are really kind and friendly, so it feels pleasant.
View on GoogleI've been watching for years but there's no improvement. Cars parked for delivery loading are very dangerous for people passing by. I understand they are parked on the sidewalk due to street parking, but because of that, even children cannot pass by the side of the car. Loading with the door open might be for a short time, but there is absolutely no consideration for pedestrians when doing so. Are the staff unable to greet? I have never been greeted, and I have never seen them greet anyone else. They seem desperate with loading and are not thinking about pedestrians. Since the hazard lights are not on either, they get in and want to leave immediately, so it's hard to read the timing, and because they don't prioritize (don't look at) pedestrians, it's just scary. Is the location a store converted from a garage of a regular house? The smell of oil is really strong, and the neighbor next door seems to be having a hard time. If you want to do business, you have to be a store that thinks about the surroundings and safety, otherwise, I don't really feel like buying.
View on GoogleThe staff's response... I guess there's no training. Even for reservations via LINE, not being able to say a single word of thanks, I think that's fatal for the customer service industry. The bento is average.
View on GoogleSince you can get it freshly made, it's tastier than cold bento. However, if you order at the store during lunch time, it takes about 15 minutes because it's very crowded with reservations. As for the taste, there is inconsistency. When I ordered tonkatsu, maybe the seasoning failed, it was abnormally salty to the point I couldn't eat it. Since large portions and rice changes are free, it's relatively good value.
