View on Google【Order】 Small ramen, changed to tsukemen, chopped onions 【Impressions】 First visit. This shop opened in April 2023. Found it about a 5-minute walk from Sengawa Station on the Keio Line. Arrived around 10:45 on a Saturday, waited at the front of the line, then went in. Extra-thick, slightly soft straight noodles dipped into a Jiro-style soup with a pork bone aroma and a sour-sweet taste. The vegetables, melty back fat, and the day's free wood ear mushrooms made for a very hearty bowl! The staff are fairly gentle too, so you can satisfy your Jiro craving with peace of mind. The soup was more sour and sweet than I expected, so personally I wanted to taste the pork bone a bit more boldly. There are plenty of limited menu items and extra toppings, so there should be a wide variety of ways to enjoy it! Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleArrived 15 minutes before opening on a Sunday, no wait, first in line. It looked like even arriving at opening time you could get into the first lot. I had the small ramen, with the call garlic and fat. The soup is non-emulsified with a faint aroma of ginger. The noodles are firm, a texture I like. The pork was 2 big slices, tender and super tasty. A superb ramen with nothing to fault. It was a very delicious ramen and I was very satisfied, but what impressed me most was that all the toppings were piping hot. At other shops it's fairly normal for them to come out cold, so this made me really happy. You can feel the owner's dedication.
View on GoogleJiro-style places, how do I put it, have a culture where being unfriendly is fine, so there's a bit of a peculiar atmosphere that makes me nervous... but this Jiro-style place in Sengawa was highly rated, so I gave it a try. Arrived at exactly 12:00, and the timing seemed good, so I got in without lining up. Limited B: Soupless Sesame Tantanmen 1200 yen The strong seasoning is mellowed a bit by the sesame, and it's delicious with the chewy washi-washi noodles. The chashu is the firm type, so I bet it'd be tastier with warm soup.
