After finishing work along the Keio Line, I happened to see this shop while walking near the station. The cute exterior, like a general store standing quietly in a narrow alley, was impressive, making me stop and enter. The interior is compact with only a counter. There aren't many seats, but there were regulars and a woman who seemed to be the owner chatting, and a warm atmosphere was flowing. An atmosphere that makes you feel at ease even if it's your first time. Bought a ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance. Since the word "Saba" (mackerel) was displayed in large letters outside, I chose the saba ramen without hesitation. Nidaime Sabasoba 850 yen. The toppings are chopped onions, fried onions, 2 types of greens, and 2 pieces of soft chicken char siu. It's colorful and appetizing. The soup is slightly cloudy, and while the temperature is a bit low, the aroma and flavor of the saba come through strongly. When you take a sip, the flavor of saba fills your mouth, and the umami of the seafood lingers as a memorable aftertaste. There is no heaviness or strange taste often found in fish soups, but rather the aftertaste is clean, which can be said to be an irresistible bowl for saba lovers. The noodles are medium-straight, with a characteristic smooth texture. The combination with the soup is good, and the noodles go down easily. The volume is also just right, and I was able to finish it comfortably until the end. Overall, a ramen that highlights the flavor of saba while remaining balanced. Even those who are not fond of seafood should try it because of how well-put-together it is. The atmosphere of the shop is also calm and comfortable, like a hideaway. Highly recommended for those looking for a unique bowl of ramen around Shibasaki, Tsutsujigaoka, and Kokuryo.
View on GoogleA strange taste, but a very delicious ramen! The photo is "Yaki-saba Ragout Ae-soba". Mix the shredded grilled mackerel and tomato sauce well with the noodles and enjoy. The seasoning is addictive and I finished it all at once.
View on GoogleOperating at the former opening location of Shibasakitei! The cute landlady provides great service. Today I ordered "Cold Tsuke-saba Soba, Ajitama". The dipping soup is full of saba flavor, is that shredded saba at the bottom? It's incredibly delicious! I was strongly impressed by this first taste. The medium noodles swimming in clear kelp water absorbed the saba flavor all at once and I finished it in a flash. If you add the soup-wari at the end, the soup transforms into a completely different taste, this is recommended. Thank you for the meal. Next time I'll go for the large portion!
View on GoogleWork is light today, so I took a half-day off and came here. This shop was introduced on news every and I was curious. I arrived a little before opening, so I waited in the car until opening and then visited. There is no parking for the shop, so I parked at a nearby coin parking. The small shop only has counter seats, if 6-7 people sit, it's full. I pressed the button for the basic ramen 810 yen and curry rice 200 yen at the ticket machine at the entrance! I sat at the very end. Water is self-service from a pot. I drank water. When I told the female owner, "I came after watching TV!", she asked "From where?", I said "From the Seibu Dome area", she said "You came from so far! TV is amazing!", while talking like that, the saba curry rice was handed over the counter first. And she said because it's sweet, please add this spiciness to your liking, and handed me something like chili oil. After that, the ramen arrived in about 2 minutes! Once it was all there, I took a picture and ate. Because the noodles get soft, I eat them first. First from the soup! There is a slight smell of saba, but only at the beginning, and after eating it doesn't bother me anymore. Ramen that uses broth from saba is rare, right! How do they suppress the fishy smell? The ramen itself is very refreshing. There are also sliced onions, it's a slightly unusual ramen. The char siu is chicken breast, a bit dry but has a slight flavor. I wanted to add pepper, but it wasn't provided. Maybe that's the owner's insistence that it be eaten as is. Now, the saba curry rice, I try one bite, but the presence of saba is not felt, it's just normally delicious. As I was told earlier, because it's not spicy enough, I added a little spiciness and it became very delicious. The oil contained in the spiciness seems to contribute to the deliciousness. As I continued eating, there were carrots and potatoes, this is also a gentle taste. Curry rice cannot be ordered separately, it seems it can only be eaten with ramen. Both the ramen and the curry rice were gentle and delicious tastes filled with the owner's kindness. Even though it was a weekday, customers kept coming in while I was eating, and the small shop was almost full, so it's popular. It was delicious. My heart felt warm. Recommended.
View on GoogleVisited in December 2019. The food, the owner's personality, everything was the best❗ I had the Saba Soba + Ouchi Curry set 1010 yen, Kurobuta Gyoza 400 yen, Dunk Rice (Aosa) 150 yen. The Saba Soba, the flavor of the saba was utilized exquisitely, it was the best❗ The combination of soup and noodles was also outstanding❗ Everything was the best❗ The closing kuppa by putting Dunk Rice into the finished soup was also outstanding❗ Ouchi Curry, I scooped the curry myself from the pot to the rice as I liked. The flavor of the saba was utilized exquisitely, it was very delicious❗ The Kurobuta Gyoza was also very delicious❗ At [Ramen Toride Mantsu-ten] in Sasebo, there was also a name called Dunk Rice, so I asked if there was a connection, and it turned out to be an affiliated store. Ramen Toride was also delicious, but for me, this shop is more of a favorite. A shop I definitely want to visit again❗
