Among the countless iekei shops, it has the quality of a place with a line. You can enjoy chokkei-style tonkotsu shoyu in the Tokyo suburbs. By default it's quite salty. Your blood pressure will skyrocket. Free rice refills at weekday lunchtime. Your blood sugar will skyrocket too. The Sakai Seimen noodles are delicious and the scallion garnish is nice and crunchy. I think it's among the tastiest iekei ramen around here! The soup is thick and rich, and the noodles are just how I like them. Lately I sometimes feel like the taste is a bit inconsistent on some days, but in these times of rising prices, it's really amazing that they keep working hard to maintain this quality.
