Small place that only does kakigai shaved ice. Delicious but you have to buy one per person so you need to be hungry!
View on GoogleYou can easily make a reservation via LINE. The communication is good both online and in person. However I came for their carrot cake shaved ice and unfortunately it was not spicy as I expected, therefore can give 5 stars to this place.
View on GooglePaku Paku Kumokumadou just became one of my favorite places in Tokyo for Kakigori (Japanese shaved ice). This place has a lot of interesting flavors and is known for the cutest shaved ice that comes in the shape of a bear. The menu changes daily. You can request a bear shaped Kakigori even if the flavor that you pick doesn’t originally come in the shape of the bear. You just have to add 50 yen. I tried the Zunda (Japanese soybean) milk Kakigori. It was one of the most unique Kakigori flavors I had ever tried. It’s sweet when you bite into it and they give you a side of salt to adjust the flavors. The more salt you add the more savory the kakigori will taste. I really enjoyed the kakigori! One of the down sides of this place is that it’s a bit hard to get to since it’s in Chofu. Once you get to Chofu Station it’s about a 5-10 minute walk. It’s still worth going though and I will definitely be back!
View on GoogleI visited after making a reservation through LINE A shaved ice shop full of little bears You order and pay at the register as soon as you enter, and I ordered 杏仁くまさん and はちみつレモンティーソルティチーズ I think I waited about 20 minutes The shaved ice arrived as cute little bears 杏仁くまさん comes with kiwi jelly as a topping (it's delicious enough even without pouring it on) The cheese in はちみつレモンティーソルティチーズ was a little too salty The menu had a price for こぐま (probably a smaller portion?), so I thought I could order it, but it turned out to be the price for a second helping
View on GoogleCustomers with reservations are given priority. First, order and pay at the back of the counter. The menu seems to change quite a bit, so discovering what's available when you arrive that day might be part of the fun.
