【Serving Sapporo Miso as the main, also offering Hakodate Salt and Asahikawa Soy Sauce ramen♪︎☆Hokkaido ramen specialty store expanding stores】 Sengawa-cho, Chofu City, Tokyo. This is a Hokkaido ramen specialty store with its head office in Oji, Kita-ku, and expanding mainly in Tokyo. Free large portions and the abundance of tabletop seasonings are popular, and it seems to have strong support from those who want to eat heartily (◕ᴗ◕✿) Not only the signature menu "Sapporo Miso", but also "Asahikawa Soy Sauce" and "Hakodate Salt" are in the lineup. The Sengawa branch at the North Exit of Sengawa Station on the Keio Line opened on September 20, 2025 _φ(・_・ Weekday lunch in mid-December, I went here for a quick local meal. I had been checking it since it opened, but I stopped by at the timing about 2 months later when the congestion situation and operations had calmed down. Past 11 o'clock, it was almost full with many customers before and after. The store might not be able to hold 10 people. There are 3 staff members, ticket machine system _φ(・_・ ◆Today's order◆ Negi Miso Ramen 1080 yen, Large portion Free. The soup is a pork bone and chicken base broth boiled for over 18 hours with white miso sauce, a rich and sweet soup. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles with strong chewiness from Asai Seimen. For miso ramen, it has to be curly noodles♪︎ The ingredients are chashu, menma, bean sprouts, seaweed, green onions, etc. It was quite a cold day, so miso ramen really warms you up(*´-`). From the middle, I sprinkled garlic, shrimp sesame, ma-yu oil, and fried onions on the table to change the taste. Isn't that good♪︎ The amount is also sufficient and free large portion is grateful. Since there are many menus, it seems there will be opportunities to visit other stores including the Sengawa branch \(๑╹◡╹๑)ノ♬ #Head #Mid-December visit #Local support #Miso ramen #Expanding stores #Sapporo Miso・Hakodate Salt・Asahikawa Soy Sauce #Ramen #Fried rice #Tantanmen #Gyoza #Fried chicken #Continuous operation #Very high possibility of revisit (including other stores) #Curious about "Dekkai-do (3 servings)
View on GoogleWeekday 14:00 Previous customers 5, subsequent customers 5. About 2 minutes walk from Sengawa Station, this was a dim sum shop before, was it Tonkatsu Ichi's bento shop before? Or for locals, has this been Fuji Soba for a long time? Is it familiar? Recently Miso-kuma has been opening stores in various places and increasing the number of stores. It exploded in this Sengawa property too. The idea of having standing eating seats not only inside the store but also at the entrance. Nearby there is Kazuya-san, also the famous shop Majo no Curry, and Sengawa Jiro which is rated as the best in the past by serious Jirorians among all direct lines in 2025, and there are many other ramen shops scattered within about 5 minutes walk, so the idea to get customers in as much as possible is wonderful. So, Miso-kuma which is expanding in such a way, but I misunderstood. With Kumagen-san......... After investigating carefully, the operation is the same company GRAST Co., Ltd. When I asked AI, there is no difference between Miso-kuma and Kumagen, there was a plan to unify the name of license stores (like franchises) to "Kumagen", but currently there is a big difference as a brand. The concept and seasoning are basically common. I see. I don't know how accurate that is, so I want someone to tell me the answer. At least I misunderstood from the beginning, so first of all I will eat and learn. By the way, Sengawa seems to be a directly managed store. Sapporo Miso (950 yen). Large portion setting is free so of course large portion. Seasonings on the table are somehow partying. The policy seems to be eat all you want, do all you want. Fried garlic, grated garlic, fried onion, shrimp sesame, ma-yu oil, grated ginger, white/black pepper, yuzu kosho, shichimi. Good, isn't it. Being able to arrange to your liking means you can create a taste that suits yourself. But, like oil soba, "This is our noodles! Eat it without saying anything!!" is actually what I prefer in a one-on-one gourmet battle. Arrived in about 5 minutes. Customer service is also bright, polite, and energetic, and operations are smooth. As expected from a corporate, there are no gaps. The concept is to pursue old-fashioned Sapporo Miso ramen, and in a good sense, that's exactly it. It is embodied. Richness like miso, thick taste, not watery, but not heavy. I don't think they are aiming for something like being able to eat every day. I want to eat 2 times a month, miso base, but also soy sauce or salt, that kind of taste balance. As Sapporo Miso ramen, it is exactly according to the concept, but according to my taste, is it sweet...? This is just a matter of taste. If you exclude men and women of all ages and the ramen-every-day life, I am sure this will have a wider range of tastes. The noodles are also yellow medium-thick curly noodles, Nishiyama Seimen style? Morizumi Seimen? High-moisture noodles that are aromatic and if you say Sapporo Miso ramen, this is it! Noodles aiming for such a good place while paying homage to both noodle factories. However, for me, because of that reason, it is sweet. So, since it's an opportunity, I try various things on the table. And, yeah, various taste changes. Ma-yu oil gelled or, no, became solid and couldn't be scooped with a spoon, so I gave up, but grated garlic is easy to understand, and chasing it with fried garlic, yuzu kosho gives a punch. But, still sweet, I thought it would be better if there was doubanjiang (shichimi is eventually swallowed by the soup). Honest impression, if this was 680 yen, it would be very popular! This price setting might be difficult in this day and age, but maybe at the time of founding, the price was probably around that? I'm happy that large portion of noodles is free for 950 yen, but if rice free comes here, I felt the arena of battle would change. Wouldn't it be better to lower the price by narrowing down the menu and tabletop seasonings and specialization? I learned. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleAt "Hokkaido Ramen Miso-kuma" newly opened in Sengawa, I had thick-cut chashu miso ramen and rice. The soup is rich and deep, tangling well with the curly noodles, very satisfying. The sweetness of vegetables also melts in, a bowl typical of Hokkaido ramen. The thick-cut chashu is tender and melts, goes perfectly with rice, I was very satisfied. There are plenty of tabletop seasonings and you can customize it to your own taste. The inside of the store is narrow but clean, and the turnover is fast. Because it just opened, it's so popular that there's a line outside during lunch. If you want to eat authentic miso ramen in Sengawa, this is a shop you should visit once.
View on GoogleThis is my first visit, but as everyone said, it's a bit narrow. I ordered the standard miso ramen🍜. The noodles were thick and a bit hard. The miso taste is a bit strong, isn't it. It was delicious😊. Because the miso taste was too strong, I ordered a fried rice set, but I could hardly taste the fried rice. For water🥤 there is a pot. I also ordered gyoza🥟. Seasonings are only in the middle, so it's a hassle to take them. The gyoza skin was chewy and delicious. Since there are many types of miso ramen, next time I will order something else. By the way, there is no smoking area🚬. There is no toilet🚻 either, so if you want to go, you have to use UNO (pachinko parlor) across the street. It feels like it's open all the time during business hours. Since there are many seasonings, I think you can enjoy it with various variations. I came at a different time (around 15:00) so it was empty, if you don't like crowds, it's better to come at a different time.😄
View on GoogleI visited on Saturday noon. Meal ticket system. The inside of the store is narrow. I think all are counter types, 9 seats. The kitchen also seems narrow, but 3 people are working dexterously. It's already narrow, and purchased food ingredients etc. are piled up in the corner of the counter, so even though the shop just opened, it feels a bit, hmm w. I ordered miso seasoned egg ramen. Doesn't feel like Hokkaido miso. White miso system!? At a time when many shops serve delicious chashu, do they not care about chashu here. There are various toppings on the counter, so please take as much as you like. Personally, it's a bit thick, salty, so I didn't drink the soup. There are fried rice and gyoza! Ramen also has salt and soy sauce. There is also spicy, so there is a wide range of choices w. If asked if I will come again, I think for now it's enough. Thank you for the meal.
