Speaking of Chofu, I thought of Take-chan Niboshi Ramen, so I went there, but it was closed for store renovation. Since I had no choice, I looked for another shop and there was a niboshi ramen shop nearby. I ordered the "Special Rich Niboshi Ramen" for 950 yen. The chashu is quite thick. And very tender. There was also a lot of fat and it was to my taste. And the noodles are slightly thin. They are thicker than Hakata ramen, but the firmness is similar. I prefer them a little thicker, but it was still delicious.
View on Google[Healthy Ramen] The taste is very good. Recommended. The owner is a bit unfriendly, but he greets customers well when they arrive, and his work seems very thorough. The shijimi (clam) ramen has no oil floating in the soup, And even after drinking the soup, my throat doesn't feel dry. I felt this is the place to go if you want ramen at night. The shop has an atmosphere that is a bit hard to enter, and They use air freshener inside the shop, but they should stop... I think they use it to get rid of the fishy smell, but It smells like a toilet air freshener. Considering the customer base and needs of people coming to eat ramen, I think stopping this air freshener would lead to more sales. I liked it a lot so I will come again.
View on GoogleChinese noodles Rich seafood, but not too thick. Run by an old man by himself, but he is kind. The inside of the store is clean. Will go again!
View on GoogleA shop where you can enjoy rich niboshi ramen, shijimi ramen, and light types. Personally, I recommend it as a final bowl after drinking.
View on GoogleA ramen shop you can enjoy normally. Maybe I would be happier if the soup was a bit thicker?
