We couldn't find any open places, so we found this restaurant (it's open until midnight!), and what a lovely surprise it was. The lady serving us was super kind, making sure everything went smoothly, and the food was delicious, with super size portions. Recommended if you're looking for good, comforting Chinese food!
View on GoogleIf you wanted to find and eat authentic Chinese food this is a good place to go. It’s run by real Chinese staff and cook. The staff is bilingual so they speak Japanese and Mandarin. The menu has pictures on it so it won’t be a problem ordering even without knowing the letters. The portion is quite big and worth the money that you spent there.
View on GoogleI love the fried rice shrimp. The smoky flavor adds the kick. The portion is jumbo for girl who has small stomach, so make sure you bring friends who can eat much. Hahaha
View on GoogleTasty Chinese dishes served by family members. The place has big and small tables, can be noisy in the evening and it's also a smoking restaurant. I'm still giving it 5 stars for food quality and service!
View on GoogleI got off at Chofu Station for lunch just after 12 on a weekday. It's on a narrow backstreet about 5 minutes from the platform, though a fair number of cars, including delivery vehicles, pass through. The interior has somewhat cluttered Chinese-style decor. The woman taking orders spoke Japanese, but her instructions to the cook were in Chinese, so they're probably from there. There are quite a few lunch options, too. I'd checked online beforehand and ordered the soupless daoxiaomian set. It arrived in a little over 10 minutes. Someone who ordered hiyashi chuka immediately after me had a longer wait. The daoxiaomian had thick, chewy noodles like kishimen with stir-fried miso-seasoned meat, a flavor I liked that resembled sesame dressing for hiyashi chuka. The accompanying gyoza were fairly ordinary. The small dish of simmered bamboo shoots felt Japanese. Overall, I thought it was good value. I believe payment options included cash, PayPay, and d払い.
