I like this atmosphere♪ From the counter, you can see the entire kitchen and exactly what is being made and how, so the wait is never boring. As for the flavor, I'd actually like them to keep it just as it is.

Mostly counter seating, with the owner working solo. A neighborhood Chinese restaurant that feels like it's been around for ages. The Kirin Lager isn't a 633 but a medium bottle. 550 yen with hiyayakko. First I had gyoza for 450 yen, then ebi chahan for 750 yen. (All prices include tax.) They filled and wrapped the gyoza only after I ordered, then began frying them. The filling had a nice balance of vegetables and meat, and the crispy fried texture was good too. The chahan was lightly seasoned, with the shrimp's saltiness providing just the right accent. Both the gyoza and chahan were mildly seasoned, the kind you can keep eating without tiring of them.

A friend to ordinary people. An everyday eatery that fits the description “old-fashioned.” Regulars sit at the counter, chatting with the owner in a friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices, so you end up ordering this and that. The gyoza's fried color, no matter how often you order, is beautifully golden brown. Bravo. Even when handling lots of orders, compared with other places, you aren't kept waiting very long. The owner runs it alone, a quiet, easygoing man.

I had tanmen and gyoza. Reading the reviews, I'd imagined a really dirty interior, but isn't this perfectly fine for a neighborhood Chinese place? Chain restaurants tend to push tanmen with strong saltiness and impact, but this was properly delicious without that intensity. I was intrigued by the chukadon an older man who seemed to be a regular was eating. I think I'll come again.

Such a neighborhood Chinese diner feel! The gyoza wrappers are fairly thick, with plenty of garlic—delicious! The chahan with naruto is delicious too, and the soup is really delicious. The owner is quiet, but if you want to experience a neighborhood Chinese diner, definitely come! Even as a woman alone, I could go in once I worked up the courage!
