Visited around 18:00 for dinner on a weekday. There wasn’t any wait. Apparently all pasta was 1200円 that day, so I ended up ordering an expensive pasta. Order ・Seafood tomato cream pasta ¥1,200 ・House wine ¥650 ・Dessert ¥800 Total: ¥2,650
View on GoogleThis Italian restaurant is a little far from the station, but its casual, inviting exterior makes you want to drop in, as though it will serve delicious Italian food. I chose the pizza lunch set (Margherita) for 1540円. It included… Margherita, an appetizer, soup, a drink, and dessert, which felt like good value for a lunch set. Drink… I chose hot tea, but it had none of the character of loose-leaf tea, with no aroma or astringency at all. At best, a tea bag. It might even have been canned tea. That was disappointing. The appetizer was steamed potatoes tossed with basil. It was new to me and felt a little refined, but I wished the basil came through more. Cold soup… It was chilled sweet potato soup. Unlike ordinary potatoes, the sweet potato’s natural sweetness and the creaminess of fresh cream or some other cream made it very pleasant to drink. Margherita… Judging by the dough, I didn’t think it was baked in a stone oven, but even with a deck oven, baking at around 400℃ made it different from bread-style pizza. The edges differed from stone-oven pizza, with a fairly firm crust like pain de campagne. But it wasn’t dry like bread-style pizza. It had a distinctive toasted aroma, and when eating it with the soft center, wrapping the center in the crust made it easy to eat and delicious. The dessert afterward was small, but like creamy milk pudding, just right as a palate cleanser.
View on GoogleI’ve visited several times. This time I came at lunchtime, and this is my first review. I’ve ordered pasta and pizza for both lunch and dinner. All the pasta and pizza pictured were delicious and satisfying. I think the oil-based and tomato-based pastas are reliable choices. I find all the pizzas delicious. What deserves special mention above all is that they aren’t burnt. The pizza dough was beautifully baked, and I enjoyed it to the last bite. The children’s lunch was generously portioned and even came with dessert, which made my child very happy. I’d like to visit again. Thank you. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleWe visited this Italian restaurant, operating in 国領 since 2008, for a casual gathering over a meal. We had a good-value 5-course lunch. We used a semi-private room toward the back, and enjoyed the food in an atmosphere that made conversation easy. The carrots in the appetizer salad were very sweet and delicious! For the fish dish, the plump main serving of red sea bream was delicious, and so was the olive accompaniment.
View on GoogleI visited for lunch. It didn’t seem to be aiming for trendy, photogenic looks, but the food tasted good. It felt like a missed opportunity that the chicken ham appetizer didn’t come with mizuna or frilly lettuce, which would have added color. The soup was delicious too, but it looked like there was very little in the cup, so I thought a cup one size smaller might be better… The oyster cream pasta contained large oysters. I forgot to take a photo, but the dessert afterward was delicious. On a separate matter, I emailed the restaurant an inquiry after leaving, but haven’t received a reply after more than 2 weeks. I thought I sent an important enough email that I would have replied immediately if I were the owner, so I’m surprised to have heard nothing. I’d thought this was a good restaurant offering lunch at fair prices, so all I’m left with is disappointment.
