Everything you eat is delicious!! As someone who finds restaurant food everywhere too salty, I consider this real home cooking It’s inevitable that it’ll become popular, but I hope it doesn’t get so crowded that I can’t go😂

This is truly a home-cooking restaurant. I was amazed by the number of dishes. The quality is high too, and I enjoyed the delicious food. It’s the number 1 restaurant I can recommend around つつじヶ丘 and 柴崎. Inside there are ７ counter seats, a large table for 6–８ people, and a small table for 3. The menu is divided into regular items and today’s recommendations, offering plenty of variety. Seasonal ingredients appear one after another. The menu, handwritten in white pen and filling the board, probably has around 100 items. Around 3–5 large platters of today’s recommended dishes are lined up on the counter, so you could enjoy coming every day. There’s a wide selection of alcohol too, and my favorite マッカラン12年 is offered at a low price, so I end up drinking too much. Behind the counter, the lady owner and 1 female staff member, 2 people in total, run everything. They warmly greet even first-time customers visiting alone, providing not just food but a comfortable space and time. The staff working Saturdays and Sundays serve draft beer in the best possible condition. Experience the creamy foam without any large, crab-like bubbles. It’s impressive! When you sit at the counter, the owner’s cooking speed and teamwork with the staff are astonishing. She deftly cooks the many different dishes ordered simultaneously. Her efficient movements are so captivating that it’s like watching an athletic demonstration. If visiting as a group, it’s better to book ahead.
