good
View on GoogleFlavorful pizza but lacking something. Could quite put my finger on it.
View on GoogleSoft-shell crab seems to be their specialty, so I ordered all 3 dishes in the soft-shell crab series, but eating them all felt greasy. I think the atmosphere is nice. The salad and pasta were delicious too. Customers ranged from solo diners and pairs to groups.
View on GoogleOnly the atmosphere is good; I won't go back. I ordered the recommended pasta, but it took over 1 hour to arrive, as if they'd forgotten it? The Genovese was soggy and tasteless, so I left quite a lot. The garlic-style clams had shattered shells that stabbed my gums. Even allowing for a full restaurant at the lunch rush, ordering at 11時49分 and getting the food at 13時15分 makes me suspect either they'd forgotten or couldn't manage the service. A disappointing outcome, especially since it's close to home.
View on GoogleOn the last Friday of month 8, my spouse and I left work early for a dinner to beat the summer heat at イルキャンティ in 調布. When we lived in 川口, we visited its sister restaurant キャンティトレ several times. At this 調布 location too, we enjoyed the bacon and pine nut salad with outrageously delicious dressing, and soft-shell crab. We had harami steak as the main and finished with mushroom risotto, thoroughly satisfied. The tables are spacious, and you can enjoy your meal in a calm setting. Bottled wine is very inexpensive, making it easy to order even for 2〜3 people. The menu offers plenty of variety, from meat and drinking snacks to fried dishes, and the staff's service is reliable. The area around 調布駅 is fiercely competitive with many Italian restaurants and Spanish bars, but this place a short walk away is recommended too.
