I think we used to get Ramen from here 20 years ago back in 2003. We worked as Nova English teachers and met our friend Kazz who was the Ramen chef/drummer from Monster a Go Go band. Not sure if this was the shop but the tonkotsu ramen was delicious 🍜
View on GoogleUnusual? Miso tsukemen Today’s pre-match meal before watching FC東京! Lately I’ve chosen a ramen shop with an old-established feel, about a 3-minute walk from Tobitakyu Station in the direction away from Ajista! ★Miso tsukemen 1,000円 I actually wanted the stamina miso ramen, but it contains garlic and I thought my wife would get angry, so I chose the miso tsukemen. 300g of thin, curly noodles—almost too much to finish! The miso dipping broth had lots of bean sprouts, and the thick chashu was delicious. The sesame oil flavor was strong too. Well, my impression is that I probably won’t return. Thanks for the meal!
View on GoogleI visited for the first time in 5 years. The atmosphere was unchanged (the noren curtain had changed!), and after so long I ordered chashumen with extra menma + the set (rice and raw egg + pickles). Chopped onion and menma were piled high on top, almost hiding the chashu beneath the soup. One sip of the soup—delicious, and such a nostalgic flavor,, This is it, this unchanged flavor is irresistible... Thank you for the meal; next time I’ll come with my son!
View on GoogleA ramen shop in Tobitakyu. It gets extremely crowded when there’s an event, but on an ordinary weekday you can get in without queuing. Inside there’s only an L-shaped counter. No ticket machine; you pay after eating. Looking at various blogs, everyone seems to have miso ramen, so I followed suit. Miso ramen 750円 Being able to eat ramen at this price these days is rare. The toppings are quite generous: corn, bean sprouts, menma, chashu, and wakame. The miso soup is neither too rich nor too light. A classic, delicious flavor. The noodles are thin and curly. Just right for miso broth of this concentration. Other customers ordered large portions, but the flavor seemed easy enough to enjoy even in a large serving.
View on GoogleA shop I’ve been visiting for over 20 years. I’ve been coming since high school, so it holds many memories too. My particular favorite is the chashumen. The thick-cut chashu hasn’t changed over the years. Seemingly simple, yet deeply delicious. This time I brought my son for the first time. “Dad, it was delicious. I want to come again.” Please go experience the fair prices and deliciousness that even children can appreciate. Because of work, I can only come once every half year, but this is a ramen shop I look forward to 2 times a year. I hope the owner’s son keeps up the good work.
