This is a frozen pizza production workshop of the Michelin-winning 'CRAZY PIZZA', and we sell frozen pizza at the store. 'CRAZY PIZZA' is an authentic pizza specialty store opened in Kagurazaka and Toranomon Hills as a sister store of the Italian restaurant 'Don Bravo' in Chofu/Kokuryo. Without being bound by the location or business hours of the restaurant, we want you to enjoy Michelin pizza at the time you most want to eat it! With that thought in mind, we started the frozen pizza brand 'CRAZY PIZZA: LIFE'. ▼ Store sales business hours Monday-Friday: 13:00-18:00 Saturday/Sunday: Closed

First of all, I had very high expectation when I visited CRAZY PIZZA. I had done some research and learned it is a pizzaria that a well-known Italian restaurant opened to serve only pizzas. Naturally, you would have the same kind of expectation as me, if you done the same. I got three selections: Extra-cheese Margherita, Quatro Formaggi, and their original "Mabo-Nasu (eggplant)" pizza. To be honest, first two were not so special. They were all quite expensive, 900+ yen per slice, so I did not feel like I was getting my money's worth. The crust kind of lacked the sweetness that flour has, and the sauce did not stand out either. However, I enjoyed the Mabo-style pizza. It was a different take on pizzas, and it offered a nice mixture of umami and the goodness of pizza. But again, it is overpriced. I would recommend the place to people who live around the store and want to have a quick bite of gourmet pizza. Trying there once was enough for me though. (The pictures below are each slide cut in half.)

My experience was really good, amazing pizza and adorable. Not sure why there's a lot of low score reviews.

Interesting topping but portions are small and crust is pretty dense.

The sister store of 'DON BRAVO', known as the 'Miracle of Kokuryo', is 'CRAZY PIZZA➡︎CRAZY BRAVO'. The 2nd branch, 'CRAZY BRAVO (Kagurazaka)', has been selected as a Michelin 'Bib Gourmand' for two consecutive years. The original 'Kokuryo' store has been fully renovated as a base for product development, manufacturing, and logistics for online sales, and restarted as 'CRAZY PIZZA:LIFE' on May 20, 2024. Well, that's a long introduction... This time, I stopped by the final day of the 'Chofu PARCO' POP UP store based on information from LINE. What I bought this time is... ■ Genovese 1,470 yen. Surprisingly, this is my first purchase. The rich Genovese sauce is... spinach-based mixed with oil. It is sprinkled with salsiccia packed with meat umami and mozzarella from Italy. ■ Margherita 1,240 yen. Tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, with pizza dough that has reduced saltiness. ■ Quattro Formaggi 1,590 yen. 4 types of cheese 'mozzarella, gorgonzola, ricotta, grana padano' with honey on the side. ■ Marinara 990 yen. A simple masterpiece combining 'tomato sauce' with 'garlic, oregano, and anchovy sauce'. ■ Shirasu Karasumi 1,470 yen. 'Yamari's shirasu' ordered from Wakayama Prefecture (probably) with 'green onion, anchovy sauce' and 'karasumi' on the side. ■ Cooler bag fee 110 yen. Since I bought several, -500 yen. = Total 6,370 yen. Surprisingly, one pizza was enough for two people for both lunch and dinner... Also, the pizza dough... has had its 'ricetta' changed several times since it was chosen as number 1 in the country on the 'Tabelog' site. In principle, it uses freshly ground domestic whole wheat flour... mixed with whey and onion water, not just water, to maximize the flavor and umami of the ingredients. There are 3 recommended 'baking' methods. ① Microwave➡︎Frying pan ② Toaster/Oven ③ Natural thawing for about 1 hour➡︎Frying pan. It's great that ① and ② don't need to be thawed, so it takes less than 10 minutes. Also, although it might be difficult, I would be happy if Mr. Shibata's special 'Bukkake Pizza' was also in the lineup... Thank you for the meal.

Since it's a sister store of Don Bravo Kokuryo, I was curious so I came to visit. The set allows you to choose between pizza and pasta, and since I wanted to eat both, I ordered both! The shirasu pizza had a thin crust that was easy to eat, and it was topped with plenty of plump shirasu with just the right amount of saltiness, it was very delicious (^^). The ragu sauce pasta had sweet meat fat, and this was also delicious ♫ The tiramisu for dessert at the end also tasted not too sweet and was delicious ♫
