A bakery rooted in the local community. Supplying school shops seems to be their main business, and they don't seem very interested in selling what's displayed in the store. The portions are generous, but my impression is that it's neither tasty nor bad, and expensive. The bread quality varies too. If you're looking for good bread around here... you might be better off going to the bakery in the nearby Yokado.

Affected by the new-virus turmoil, it closes today. They're having a 20% off sale. The koppepan was delicious. This bakery conveys the piano-playing owner's love of music. I'd like to eat the wine shokupan and black charcoal bread once more.

I like the owner's personality. The children's bread classes held every summer are fantastic! The owner teaches carefully, and my daughter has attended ever since grade 1. I also look forward every year to chatting with the owner at pickup time. Of course, I buy loads of bread on the way home as a thank-you. It's all delicious. My particular favorite is the sandwich bread.

It's about a 15-minute walk from either Kokuryo Station or Shibasaki Station on the Keio Line. There's a piano in one corner of the shop. I've never heard it being played. They sell unusual breads at fairly low prices.
