July 14, 2026 19:20 visit: On the way home from out, visited for dinner. Heard that if you download the app, you can get gyoza or almond tofu, so I did it immediately. I got gyoza for free. My wife ordered "Su-ra-tan-men" with Yosyu noodles, and I ordered the limited edition "Daini (Tairu) light spicy ramen" with an added spiciness level of 5. The free gyoza was also delicious. Thank you

There was a sign saying "It takes time to serve due to staff shortage", so it might be troublesome for those in a hurry, but I didn't feel like I waited that long. Since I can choose noodles, this time I chose Yosyu noodles. I like thick noodles, so I like this shop because I can choose☺

December 2024, visited around 18:00 on a holiday. The shop was about 50% full. Sat in the directed seat, and immediately ordered Paiko noodles 1,300 yen. Noodles can be chosen from 4 types, there are standard Yosyu noodles, fine Yan noodles, wide To-setsu noodles, and low-carb noodles. This time I chose Yosyu noodles. It seems that if you increase the portion of noodles, it becomes 240 yen more expensive, I was daydreaming thinking it was quite expensive, and after waiting about 7 minutes, it was served. The light chicken broth-based soup gives a deliciousness that permeates slowly. Although light, the foundation of the taste is strong and it doesn't feel thin. Yosyu noodles have a lot of moisture, the chewy elasticity is comfortable, and it's smooth in the throat, delicious. I think the quality of the ramen itself is high. And I bite into the Paiko. The thickness of the meat is about 7 mm, the teeth enter crisply, and the texture is a little firm. The taste of the meat is also light. The menu says that a little curry powder is sprinkled, but it's almost not felt. The frying oil is probably peanut oil, the fragrant aroma spreads softly, that's good. Gradually this aroma permeates into the soup. How to combine ramen and tonkatsu. I think it's a crystal of that effort, and I think it's put together in a good balance overall. If there is a chance, I would like to try To-setsu noodles

【Tantanmen, the right level of spiciness on the tongue】 When shopping at Kitera Town, there is a ramen shop I sometimes stop by. "China Ramen Yosyu Shonin" is a Chinese cuisine chain operated by Whistle Miyoshi Co., Ltd., which operates 37 stores mainly in the metropolitan area. The food at each store is mass-produced at a central kitchen in Seya Ward, Yokohama, and delivered to each store. Here, they handle everything from noodle manufacturing, sauce/soup cooking, to product packaging, building a system that can be served even in a narrow kitchen. However, because of that, simplification of operations has progressed, and although it is not easily influenced by the skills of the cooking staff, variations in taste at the final stage (taste is extremely thin, etc.) sometimes occur. Order menu ◆ Very Spicy Tantanmen (1,200 yen) (Me) Just the right spiciness. Although I chose medium noodles, maybe To-setsu noodles would be more to my liking. ◆ Vegetable Ramen (1,110 yen) (Wife) ◆ Gyoza (6 pieces 560 yen) Lots of ingredients and delicious. However, if the quality of the frying oil was a little better, it might be more enjoyable.

I visited past 12 on Sunday. It was full and waited for 4 groups, but entered the shop in about 15 minutes. I ordered the new Mapo Tofu noodles. If you look at the model in front of the shop, the impression was thick, but it felt like thin Mapo Tofu was put on ramen. The quite spiciness and thick To-setsu noodles matched very well. The Yosyu fried rice that my companion was eating was also very delicious.
