Bagel shop. They have 30+ kinds of different fillings both savory and sweets.
View on GoogleI was in Fuda for work, and happened to find it. A small shop facing the street. The appearance is also very cute! Order from outside. The shop owner listens to the order and serves it, but I'm confused! I don't eat bagels🥯 that often! It was very delicious! I bought about 4 types. Among them, the New York cheesecake was exquisite. Also the mugwort bean mochi! What should I buy next time... I thought while eating🤭 It was delicious!
View on GoogleJuly 24 visit. Bagel specialty store in Chofu (Fuda). After eating Udon Sato, I was also interested so I stopped by. It is rare to have a bagel shop with this many types. Unfortunately, because it was past noon and a bit late, many were sold out, but there were still more than 10 types. I bought plain (whole wheat) and Shihoro potato German bacon bagel. A bit small but filling and delicious. The impression is that those with ingredients such as side dishes or sweets are more compatible and popular, so it makes sense that they are sold out. It is rare to have a delicious bagel shop that you can visit casually, so I want to visit again and try more things.
View on GoogleA shop opened in 2018 by an owner who was an instructor at a bread school, after learning to make bagels at the natural yeast bread school & bagel shop "vivant" in Saitama. Using 100% domestic wheat and yeast using Hoshino natural yeast. Bagels made without using butter or milk allow you to enjoy the aroma and sweetness of wheat. I visited around 11 o'clock, but there were only 3 products. They seem to prepare about 150 pieces on weekdays, 250 pieces on Saturdays, and less than 20 types, but they open at 8 o'clock and if it's fast, they sell out in about 1 hour. Avocado hamburger contains hamburgers inside. Peach cheesecake also goes well with peach jam and cheese. It is a narrow but busy road from Fuda Station towards Shinagawa Street, so please be careful when heading there.
View on GooglePopular bagel shop near Fuda Station. Because you can eat delicious bagels at a reasonable price, it is very popular. Open from early morning, and closes as soon as sold out, and on weekends it sells out in the morning. Bagels are chewy, soft, and delicious! The ingredients inside are also plentiful and filling, so if you consider the price, it might be reasonable. The second time I went around 10:45 on Saturday because I wanted to eat again, but it had closed a little while before. Too bad. Indeed, you have to go early.
