What you must see is up to here A place where an unfriendly owner is also rare. Occasionally talks to regulars. Inside the shop is dim and only NACK5 sound source. Iekei inspiration system. Because it's a former snack bar Shop appearance that makes you reconsider entering. For savings, ignite the pot when customers arrive. Time until the bowl arrives is 30 minutes. Everything is carefully made with bare hands. Because it's only counter seats Everyone can see it. Seasonal limited miso is exquisite.

July 2022 Visited around 12:30 on a holiday. There were 2 previous customers in the shop with 7 counter seats. Ordered regular ramen 700 yen with additional seaweed topping 150 yen. Since there is a service of increasing noodles or rice, I asked for rice. When watching the cooking scene, noodles and spinach are also weighed with a scale. While pouring hot water into the bowl to warm it, chashu is also put in to warm it. A very polite and meticulous person. Finished after waiting about 7 minutes. Sip the soup. The umami of pork is strong, and there is no unnecessary taste. Should I call it a clear impression. Very delicious. But there is a punch and richness. I sip it many times with a spoon. Noodles are somewhat thick noodles, there is a chewy feeling. Not very Iekei, but these noodles are also good. Put chashu and spinach on rice and sprinkle pepper to make self-made chashu bowl. Delicious. Because the soup is very delicious, next time I want to increase the amount of noodles.

Different from the original Iekei, but both ramen and aburasoba are high level. Both are delicious, but I want you to try aburasoba at least once Topping spinach and cabbage are huge, so half (half price) is enough to satisfy. Free medium portion or rice, cost-performance is also good Addition Due to the influence of recent price hikes, the price has gone up. However, it is still delicious. I think this shop is more delicious than half-baked Iekei franchises

Visited after seeing reviews Appearance that is a bit difficult to enter Inside the shop is a bit dim, only counter about 7-8 people Ordered regular ramen, rice If you look closely, although you can choose noodle hardness, richness, fat, there is no question at all when ordering, annoyed. A few minutes later the bowl arrives, there are 2 pieces of chashu✨ Taste, noodles, etc. are average The problem is the soup!! While eating while stirring, something hard spreads in the mouth, when finishing eating in discomfort From under the bowl, countless bone fragments appear (Photo reference, a bit hard to see) Once the identity is known, disappointed How can you serve food like this~ Maybe it's just a coincidence, but everyone please be careful when eating

The atmosphere of the shop and the owner made me regret entering the moment I stepped in. But looking at Google Maps, it has 4 stars, so I ordered a simple ramen instead of anything fancy. As shown in the photo, there is a massive amount of oil, and the taste is a thin tonkotsu ramen that is far from the Iekei style. The noodles are between Iekei and Jiro style in thickness. Because of the excess oil, the soup doesn't coat the noodles. The spinach is so soft it has no texture, like baby food. Why does it have 4 stars? 乁( •_• )ㄏ
