I really enjoyed this place for the melding of two things that I enjoy: yuzu and dandan noodles. I always opt for a soupless ramen these days, and the uniqueness of the flavors were nice. The noodles were presented well and had the perfect amount of chewiness. It’s a cool space and feels modern and clean. Service was fast and friendly.

One of the best noodles I had in Japan. I had their Yuzu dandan noodles: a perfect balance of spicy, citrus, savory. It can get a bit messy to eat since the sauce is red. Limited seating and during lunch time, we had to cue inside while the whole counter is occupied. Service is fast. They have condiments on the side if you want to adjust the spice or the sourness. They also ask the spice level you want for your dish. Definitely on the explorative side of the ramen spectrum.

Great food and service! I had a noodle plate here and it was incredibly sophisticated—truly a masterpiece. The food is phenomenal, the staff are wonderful, and the entire vibe makes it an amazing experience for all the senses. The setup is great too—you sit on tall chairs at a bar, and the waiters walk right behind it to serve you. A must-visit when you're in Tokyo!

I just arrived in Tokyo and was looking for a Ramen spot that was close to my hotel. I stumbled upon this place randomly and wow did I get lucky. First off- The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me understand the ordering operations and told me about the different Rams that I could pick from. I had an incredible meal and all of the flavors jumped off the plate. I will definitely come back sometime soon.
