Small Tendon establishment below the tracks which looked to be run by an elderly couple and probably their son. They provide an English menu, though it was a truncated version of the full Japanese meny (prices were the same though). We got their Yasai Don (1450yen) and Tenmatsu Set (2100yen). The Yasai Don was pretty interesting, in that the vegetable tempura came soaked in a sauce which made the tempura moist but with an addictive flavour. As for the Tenmatsu Set, it had the classic tempura with dipping sauce, though I thought it could be more crisp. Still yummy though. Overall, a decent meal and I liked the friendliness of the elderly couple.

Having a tempura set lunch at this famous restaurant under the railroad guard during a break from work is a great time for me.

有楽町ガード下はしご酒。その3はこちら天米さんでした。 ここもいわゆるひとつのTHEガード下！ 歴史を感じる風情の外観を見ただけでもうすでに星五つですよ。こんな事言うと語弊あるかもですが、、もう店入る前から最高の気分ですもん、こう言う雰囲気の店は。 食べる前からうまいに決まってるんです。 中に入ると思いの外広くてびっくり。 ししゃも的なのと天丼をいただいてこの日のワンダーナイトを締めることにしました。 ガード下は楽しい。

通称煙横丁にある昭和の香りたっぷりな天ぷら屋さん。 たれにしっかり浸した天丼がお好きな方はいいかな。私は向いのミッドタウンにある天寅の方がカラッとしていて好みです(こらこら、営業妨害するようなことを書いてはいけません)太白胡麻油を一斗缶をお使いでしたので、東日本のこってりした天丼が好きな人にオススメです。 おかみさん、旦那さん、とても温かな感じで初めて行っても居心地の悪さは全く感じませんでした。
