横浜家系ラーメン こむろ家 市ヶ谷Yokohama Kakei Raamen Komuro Ie Ichigaya
We are a Yokohama Iekei ramen specialist that opened in Ichigaya on 2025年5月1日. Owner 堀場竜次 trained for 10 years at the original Iekei headquarters, 「吉村家」, followed by 4 years at other shops, and received permission from the 吉村家 chairman to use its ingredients. While inheriting the flavor and spirit of this direct lineage, we offer a bowl you can only experience here in Ichigaya. The soup blends pork bones and chicken oil for a rich yet sharply defined flavor. We use medium-thick straight noodles from 酒井製麺, traditional to Iekei, with an exceptionally chewy texture and excellent soup adhesion. The fragrantly smoked チャーシュー lets you fully enjoy its aroma and umami. On the table are garlic, garlic chips, and other season…

This is the one of my best iekei ramen. Noodle is pretty chewy, not so oily, but too strong for me, though that was normal taste preference order. But you can see that the strong taste comes as traditional iekei ramen as expected to be eat with rice, maybe? Otherwise, as same as traditional one like as Yoshimura ya. The soup is incredibly creamy, and lots of ajihen options (condiments like as you can see my photo). Chashew pork was really tasty and owesome. Abit thick and chewy. I think total capacity of the seats are over 20, so you can seat faster as you expected. Cash, credit card, and the other e-money available. You just ask shop staff if you would pay except cash.
View on GoogleA meticulously crafted Iekei ramen featuring a pork bone broth that balances rich umami and mellow depth with the sharp punch of the soy sauce base. When I visited, the shop was about 80% full. I was glad to get seated right away. The clientele was mainly men in their 20s to 40s. The interior reflects the owner's passion for Tetsuya Komuro, with colors and decor creating an atmosphere that, rather than the typical roughness of Iekei shops, exudes a certain hospitality, making it very comfortable. The layout is a bit unusual, so first-timers might be a bit confused. The ramen itself is simply outstanding. That said, if you're a hardcore Karame-style purist who insists the tare must pack a serious punch, you might find it a bit mild... Personally, I love Tetsuya's flavor profile. It's delicious.

View on GoogleGreat ramen for little money. Happy hour from 16.00 - 17.30 one ramen for 500yen.
View on GoogleArrived after 13 on a weekday. There was 1 person waiting, and I was shown to a seat right away. Order チャーシュー麺 1160円 All preferences normal. Soup Quite strong overall. The soy sauce is pronounced, but the pork bones come through clearly too. A punchy style leaning toward 王道家. Noodles Reliable 酒井製麺. Personally, I prefer 王道家's noodles. Toppings The チャーシュー was moist, perfectly smoked, and incredibly tasty! The kind you want to eat with rice. Overall It inherits the strengths of both 王道家 and 吉村家. Even with my stomach stuffed after eating at としおか, I still enjoyed it. I really wanted to dig into this when I was much hungrier.
