The crispy texture of the thick-cut beef tongue is irresistible. A texture you only get because it's this thick. The shiitake is bigger than a fist, meaty and juicy. I also recommend the premium harami and the big garlic from Aomori, which is soft and fluffy. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it. I want to go again. Also, it was nice that I could eat more calmly and quietly than at the Tsukiji branch.

It's incredible! The restaurant is very clean and the restaurateurs are incredible. Very professional but no less warm. A superb place for foreigners too! I love this place and it will definitely be on my list of favorite restaurants!

The thick-cut tongue was tender and delicious despite being thick. The other meats, the bibimbap, and the shiitake were delicious too. I don't go to expensive places much, so I can't tell if it's worth the money, but I think I can recommend it as a treat or for business entertaining.
