It's really a safe bet to come to this chain if you want to get good Chinese food. They are famous for its knife-cut noodles but I personally think their side dishes are really outstanding from other Chinese restaurant chains. I strongly suggest it order the fried eggplants. It's crispy and spicy, goes well with beer.

English Translation Below A restaurant that's just right when you feel like eating something spicy. They accept PayPay. The set meals are also a good deal, so you can eat a variety of things. My impression is that it's always busy at lunchtime. The interior is reasonably spacious. You can get a paper apron. It's not particularly spicy. This is the perfect restaurant when you’re in the mood for something spicy. They accept PayPay. Plus, the set meals are a great deal, so you can try a variety of dishes. I get the impression it’s always crowded at lunchtime. The restaurant is fairly spacious. They give you paper aprons. The food isn’t all that spicy.

I tried the 「麻辣豆腐刀削麺」, available only in months 2・3, at 刀削麺・火鍋・西安料理 XI’AN(シーアン)後楽園店🔥 【刀削麺・火鍋・西安料理 XI’AN 後楽園店】 is a place to enjoy the authentic flavors of Xi'an, China. The appeal of the knife-cut noodles shaved by a skilled chef is their chewy, slippery texture, which comes precisely from every strand being uneven. It's fun how the different thicknesses change the way the soup clings to them. This time I had 「麻辣豆腐刀削麺」, with its eye-catching bright red soup🌶️ It's the real deal, with a strong numbing pepper sensation and chili heat. But it's more than just spicy. Beneath the rich savory flavor, the aroma of Sichuan pepper slowly spreads. It's generously topped with silky mapo tofu, with a perfect balance between the savory coarsely ground meat and the mellow tofu. Another welcome touch is that it comes with a “small rice.” First, work up a sweat with the knife-cut noodles, then put the remaining mapo on the white rice to finish. This is an absolute winner…🍚🔥 It was the perfect bowl for a day when you feel, “I want a serious kick today.” Spicy × numbing × delicious. There was something written like “Which is Xi'an's strongest?” but this time, “red” was the clear winner🔥 Definitely coming back!

Visited with a large group. What a surprise! Everything we ate was delicious! This is one of those places only people in the know know about! The eggplant stir-fried with sansho pepper is a must! I'm curious about the other dishes too! I'll definitely be back! It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
