【ウナ カシータ/Jimbocho/Italian】Stylish blue-and-white interiors reminiscent of Europe. Focusing on European cuisine, we use ”福地ホワイト 六片種” garlic from Aomori Prefecture, rich in flavor, intensely sweet, and packed with nutrients. Since this variety does not raise concerns about odor, even those who have been avoiding garlic can enjoy it. It pairs wonderfully with our selection of more than 20 wines. Suitable for dates, girls' gatherings, wedding parties, and many other occasions.

Nice fusion food! The dishes combined european and japanese cooking in a great way. Especially the Pasta was amazing. The cook was able to predict exactly how the different amaount of ingridients would mix. It was the first time I felt that the egg blended perfectly into the noodles. But also the fresh salad from the salad-bar, the great wagyu (note: we took a specially ordered, reduced size portion) and the sweet oven-onions ware realy tasty. The restaurant and the open kitchen are clean and tidy. And the nice ambiente and the music made me even forget that I was in Japan and not in a restaurant somewhere in Italy, greece, or spain. Also the service always had a Smile to spare and was quick every time I ordered somethig to drink. So if you like the european flair or just miss your european food or if you want to taste great fusion food where you can almost taste the thoughts put into the creation of the dishes - come and have your slice of Una Casita!

Apparently this is a garlic-specialty restaurant serving European dishes made with generous amounts of premium-brand garlic, 「福地ホワイト 六片種」. I visited for lunch but ordered from the regular menu rather than the lunch menu. The food menu indicated the intensity of the garlic, which made it easy to understand. There is also an extensive wine selection. As for the food, I recommend this place to garlic lovers. Be aware that their highly recommended lasagna is quite large. I assumed it would not be that big, got a little carried away, and ordered too much… The interior is nice and feels clean. The smiling staff also left a good impression. I would like to visit again.

I liked the food at the main restaurant in Ichigaya, so I was curious about the Jimbocho branch and visited. Although the course menus differ, the アヒージョ and ペペロンチーノ pasta were saltier than at the main restaurant and made me very thirsty. I refilled my fruit water repeatedly. The main course of roast duck was delicious. It would be nice if refills were offered for the baguette served with the アヒージョ.

The poor service from one floor staff member really put me off. The petite floor staff member was very good. A positive is the extensive salad bar. The vegetables are fresh, and the potato and pumpkin salads are delicious. Unlimited refills are nice. (The selection can be a bit underwhelming depending on the day.) The set also includes a drink, so it is good value. It is a shame the lunch menu is almost all pasta. With such a substantial salad selection, meat options like pork or chicken would be better. I chose the ジェノベーゼ pasta. It contained tuna and corn. Personally, I would prefer avocado or shrimp. The tuna and basil made it a little salty, or perhaps just strongly flavored. The portion was large too.

The main dish of the 4500円 一休 course. Their signature baguette garlic toast, shrimp アヒージョ, clam chowder, steak, and dessert left me full. The restaurant was full, so the food took a little while, but the earnest service left a good impression.
