Went with my friends and we had the lunch menu in Japanese (one friend is fluent). As of now, if I remember correctly, their lunch special is that you can order their Teppan Hamburg Lunch tray with 3 sides shown on the right of the menu or 1 drink and 2 sides for an additional 500 yen. The service was great and food was amazing. It was a cool experience to cook my meat on a little hot stone. Would recommend when visiting this area!

I had the burger steak (one piece) on the hot stone. The cutlery and water you had to get it yourself at the station. The burger was delicious. However, the hygiene standard is quite lacking: The floor was extremely greasy and walking on it was quite slippery. Looking at the ventilation at the ceiling, I noted the entire fat/oil was collecting and sticking on the ventilation.

Atmosphere: Slippery floor Service: mainly do it yourself Food: cook yourself, patty tastes ok. Using different chopstick to avoid food contamination between rare and cooked. But I seriously cannot understand why they reuse the sauce that they serve it to table. After meal they just collect back and top it up with new sauce then serve it to next customer. You will never know what the previous customer does to the sauce that being serve to you. It’s damn grossed. My first and last time to this restaurant. Avoid at all cost unless you don’t mind.

We waited outside for about five minutes before entering. Once inside, we were honestly shocked by how small the restaurant is. it only has tables for two. The floor was oily and slippery which already made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out immediately was that most of the diners were tourists which later made sense. We were handed a menu but there was also a QR code for mobile ordering. However, when we tried to use it, the staff insisted that we should only order directly from them, which felt unnecessary and confusing. The steak was served as raw meat with a small heated stone to grill it ourselves. Unfortunately, the ambiance was very poor, and the overall environment felt unpleasant rather than enjoyable. My husband ordered their “famous” set. I’m not a big eater, so I only wanted to order rice or something a la carte. Despite this, the staff strongly insisted that each person must order a full set, which felt pushy and unreasonable. Overall, the experience felt like a tourist trap rather than a place focused on good food or customer service. Between the atmosphere, the service attitude, and the ordering pressure, this restaurant was very disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant. There are many better places in Akihabara that offer more delicious food and much better customer service.

Wonderful place... the whole family enjoyed. Most of us ordered the burger rice set lunch with different add-ons. They give a tiny round grill kind of a thing on which you can extra cook the meat. Very unique experience and enjoyed it thoroughly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Akihabara area.
