A tasty tonkatsu place! Small place so it will cause a long line on a normal lunch day. The lady was also kind that we enjoyed our time there.

View on GoogleA tasty tonkatsu place. A little small, but lively. On a Thursday night, I didn't have to wait for a single seat. Had the 島豚ロースカツ定食 (pork loin cutlet set), that has a special discount for the first 30 customers, from ¥2500 down to ¥1480, which was still available at 8:30pm. The breading was crisp and delicious while still absorbing the sauce, and the pork was juicy. The set also includes white rice, cabbage, and miso soup, with a free refill of one of those three items, which I was surprised to not need as the set was very filling. Minor quibbles include no mayonnaise or dressing for the cabbage, nor any sesame seeds, but all in all, a very positive experience.
