Low-key ramen bar serving up bowls of seafood broth with buckwheat noodles at counter seats.

Many people know that chicken-based broth is often used for light, clear soups. People familiar with chicken's characteristics often ask, "Why is 楽's dipping broth so thick even though it's made from chicken!" The answer is that our dipping broth isn't a liquid, but a solid. We combine chicken and seafood into a highly concentrated broth. We then add a large quantity of finely strained chicken meat and let it rest overnight. At that point, the soup is solid. The next day, it is cut into portions with a knife, heated, and served to customers. This dipping broth, unlike anything you'll find elsewhere, is paired with thick noodles chosen for how smoothly they go down. Packed with concentrated chicken umami and fish flavor…

My first dining experience on my first night in Tokyo. Randomly walked past and decided to go in. So glad I did! I ordered the chicken noodles dipping set.

The dipping broth was thick, flavorful, and packed with umami — every dip made the noodles burst with flavor. The noodles themselves had a great chewiness that held up well in the rich sauce. The toppings, especially the tender chashu and the seasoned egg, added extra layers of taste and texture. It’s also interesting that they offered hot water to dilute the leftover broth for sipping at the end. Their chashu rice is also good. The chashu is quite salty tho. Such a nice experience having lunch here!

Tsukemen Aburasoba in Akihabara and got the fried soulless bowl super satisfying. The noodles were thick and perfectly chewy, and the crispy toppings added that extra texture that hit just right. It’s dry-style, so no broth, but everything was coated in a flavorful sauce that brought it all together. Chill vibes, fast service, and a solid spot if you’re into aburasoba. Would definitely come back for a quick, tasty bite.

Amazing tsukemen joint that’s really met my expectations. Ordering is done via the vending machine and they give you iced water after you find your seat. It’s quite small room that you’re in and there’s more seating towards the back. You’ll also find that it’s quite cozy too so it’s really nice to be eating tsukemen in that environment. There’s reasonable wait times and my god is the food absolutely amazing. I would recommend getting the 1100 yen tsukemen that comes with everything. That gives you a taste of all the store has to offer and it packs a punch alright. There is free water refills.

Simple kind of ramen. You can increase amount of noodles and oil for free. There’s pork, chicken and egg altogether in one ramen. There were not much customers despite being a Sunday. Service was fast. Staff were nice. They have toilet which was clean.
