We walked by this shop every day since it was right in front of our hotel, so we finally decided to give it a try. The tsukemen noodles had a great, firm texture with a nice bite, while the ramen noodles were a bit softer. Both broths were absolutely packed with umami. However, I did find it a tad too salty after finishing about half of my portion. It's worth a try if you're in the area!
View on GoogleVery efficient and well-organized despite the long queue — the wait was actually quite short. The ramen was amazing, rich and perfectly balanced. Our 6-year-old almost finished an entire bowl of the No.1 recommended ramen and even said it had a “special sweetness” to it, which says a lot. Definitely worth lining up for!
View on GoogleRamen was perfect! Eggs and meat were from heaven. Bouillon maybe too fatty for me, but I believe this is part of the meal. Noodles were elastic and tasty. Mood was joyful, place were clean. Thanks to this place for the perfect dinner. Also automat recieved suica card, I was glad to know that✨
View on GoogleI’ve had a lot of ramen, but this niboshi-based bowl really stood out. The broth was rich, bold, and packed with umami without feeling too heavy. They’re known for their tsukemen, but if you like thinner noodles, ramen is just as yummy! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleHad the tsukemen here and it’s exactly what you expect from a solid, classic shop. The broth is rich with that seafood and pork combo, thick and super satisfying without feeling too heavy. Definitely “classic tsukemen done right” kinda bowl! The noodles have a really nice texture, chewy and hold the soup well. Adding a bit of sudachi halfway lifts the flavor and keeps it from getting too intense. Their shichimi was actually my favorite part. The aroma is so nice and it has a really good blend, you can taste the black pepper coming through. It adds another layer to the broth without overpowering it. Staff were super energetic, friendly, and really helpful, which made the experience even better. Since they have a lot of branches, this feels like a safe go to spot when you don’t know what to eat. I’ll probably try other branches too, but would definitely come back to this one.
