We are Trattoria・La・Puglia, a southern Italian restaurant located a 3-minute walk from exit A5 of 内幸町駅 on the 都営三田線, a 6-minute walk from exit C2 of 東京メトロ銀座駅, a 4-minute walk from JR新橋駅, and an 8-minute walk from the 日比谷 exit of JR有楽町駅. We are a casual Italian restaurant mainly serving cuisine from the プリーア region in southern Italy. You can enjoy pasta we insist is 100% from プーリア, along with the traditional flavors of the プリーア region. Another strength is our pursuit of the ingredients' deliciousness without chemical seasonings. The interior is also designed to evoke the streetscapes of the プリーア region, and…

I was born and raised in Puglia, going to this restaurant made me feel homesick, and honestly it was worth it. The headchef worked 4 years in Puglia, the recipes are from the people she met in the region, and it was all 100% the authentic taste I tried as a child. The atmosphere was traditional but warm and welcoming, the decor evokes the typical white houses from Puglia coast like Monopoli with an open kitchen which works quietly and is immaculate clean and organized. The service is friendly and well organized above all else as we were served while being able to talk to the headchef. Takes a good and well trained kitchen to do that. Next the food was all on spot, honestly this is the closest you can get to real Italian food, everything that is possible to get from Italy is used with patience and effort all in the restaurant. The food was great and flawless although the cime di rapa with broccoli and orecchiette were great, I was wondering why we were served a whole glove of garlic in the dish as it wasn't edible, maybe they forgot to remove it while it was aromatizing the pasta in the mantecatura. The nero di seppia pasta was the best I ever had in my life, I even asked for scarpetta. The dessert were the strongest serving, bliss from start to finish. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone else. Is a great experience and although on expensive side it is well deserved.

Nice Italian restaurant specializing in cuisine from the Puglia region in southern Italy. The place offers quality ingredients and authentic flavors,m such as olive oil, pasta, and Burrata. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. It’s recommended to book in advance as the restaurant can get busy. When the dining room is full, the preparation of the main course may take a bit longer. The olive oil was excellent, the poveretta zucchini was delicious, and the Sicilian cannoli were outstanding. Overall a very good experience. Enjoy 😎🧘🙏

Everything was absolutely delicious. We didn’t even have time to take photos because we ate everything so quickly! 😊 Special thanks to Hina-san for her warm, friendly, and attentive service. She made our dinner even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I travels to Italy often and I studied abroad in Rome so we were pleasantly surprised to find this place under a shopping street covered by Tokyo Subway train but not inside the subway. My husband traveled to Puglia Italy just last year. We said hi and wanted to try non Japanese food on our last dinner in Tokyo and it did not disappoint. We had sparkling water from Italy covered by covered charge. Staff were fluent in English. Bar tender/ founder was so kind and was from Puglia. Chef Yuuki worked in Puglia for four years. 1. Food was traditional and on par with what my husband had in Puglia but even more intricate and delicate than Italian version. Olivie oil and noodle plus alcohol were Puglia region specialty. We love all the food. 2. Service was great, obviously because we bond over the Puglia travel experience and we let Chef and bar tender founder who we complimented made amazing authentic Puglia food. English speaking staff available. Credit card okay. 3. The restaurant is super cute and we can hardly hear the train. The area is new with new restaurants and it is close to the entrance. Definitely great job and great concept. Can't believe we love our Italian in Tokyo.
