麺ダイニングととこTotoko
Compact restaurant known for ramen in soy sauce-broth with a choice of toppings, plus rice dishes.
At "Men Dining Totoko" in Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, we use many ingredients from Yamagata. The shop name "Totoko" means "chicken" in the Yamagata dialect, and we operate with the desire for you to enjoy the delicious natural flavors of Yamagata. We serve healthy ramen in Chiyoda-ku with the hope that you can eat it every day and become healthy. We are very particular about our ingredients and seasonings. The soup broth does not use chemical seasonings, but is made by simmering the flavors of vegetables and chicken for 2-3 days. We use Marusei soy sauce from Yamagata, and as a secret ingredient, we use authentic, additive-free, 3-year-aged "apple vinegar" made from 100% apples from Higashine, Yamagata Prefecture. Our noodles are made from 100% Hokkaido wheat! Whole wheat noodles rich in dietary fiber...

Great place to get some delicious ramen. We loved the atmosphere and the owner is a very kind woman! If you are around and craving for some ramen and gyoza, that’s your place! It was a great stop for us after visiting some bookstores in the neighborhood.
View on GoogleBest gyoza I have ever eaten my entire life!! I could eat them all day everyday 😋 And the lady was just the nicest 🤍🙏 Will definitely come back.

View on GoogleVery unique ramen broths and good toppings. The lunch set comes with a small salad, rice, and a hard boiled egg.
View on GoogleThe lady serving was friendly and patient of my severe lack of Japanese plus the hot & sour char boiled chicken ramen with a side of wings was delicious.
