Food here was really delicious. We were warmly invited into the restaurant despite our language barrier. Fortunately one of the waiters understood some English too. Servings are quite large so we asked for smaller serving sizes. They offer complementary tea and water. Atmosphere was decent but chairs weren't the most comfortable. You won't go wrong here though, it's really good.
View on GoogleI only got take out, but the staff graciously say me down and gave me a cup of (tasty!) soup while I waited. I ordered the pork curry. Good portion. Great flavour. Really quite spicy! One of the best curries around.
View on GoogleThey serve 2 kinds of curries, the European Japanese style, and the more spicy Indian style. There's options where the dish has both styles. Overall good execution of the curries, most of all the katsu turns out perfectly cooked and comes with a crisp crust. They turn into an izakaya style restaurant after 3pm in the afternoon, so curry rice is mainly a lunch thing.
View on GoogleThe interior and tables may not be very spacious, but the taste and atmosphere are excellent. There is a wide variety of items on the menu, but some of the popular choices were already sold out, so I would recommend going early.
View on GoogleI rushed to the place 10 minutes before it was closing. The lady on the entrance was unhappy about that and wanted me to leave, but struggled to say that directly. Then (I assume) the owner interfered and helped me to pick a curry because they don't have an English menu, but rather a bunch of pictures with prices. I remember the woman asking - "Nani?". The food was okay, but far from being a top
