Easy to find as it's located in the very visible Yodabashi Akihabara building on the 8th Floor where all the eateries are. When we arrived, the level was busy and full of people but surprisingly this shop is actually very large and spacious so getting a table wasn't a problem. Ordering was easy as their menu was very visual and has English and the staff that served me that night could understand very basic English. The menu has an extensive range of sweet desserts and drinks, ranging from French Toasts to Souffle Pancakes, and drinks include coffee, tea and a good range of non caffeinated ones. Drinks are served fast but if you order the souffle pancakes, there will be at least a 20min wait time. French Toast comes out in about 10mins. Price wise, it's not exactly cheap but I've noticed any restaurant that operates in this building seem to have higher prices, but for the location and convenience, I think it's justified. Both the french toast and souffle pancake come as a set and is served warm and with a good portion of cream and ice cream. I got the creme brulee souffle pancake and the side of ice cream that it came with was absolutely delicious! It was advertised as Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream and it had a hint of saltiness to it that balanced out the sweetness and creaminess of the custard. I don't think I'd make a designated trip here as there are many other places in Tokyo for souffle pancake but I guess if you're in the building shopping and want dessert then this is would be a good choice.
View on GoogleThe pancakes were really good. We expected them to be really, really sweet because of the sauce but the sweetness was actually just right. We ordered the Crème Brûlée Pancake and the Chocolate Pancake and both were delicious. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy and the portions were huge. Overall, they were definitely worth the price.
View on GoogleWe went here around noon on a Sunday in late June 2026. This place is on the 8th floor of the Akiba building and we had about a dozen people ahead of us. You queue up in chairs in front of the restaurant. They move patrons quickly as I think we were seated within 15 minutes. You order via QR code at your table. As others say, the pancakes take a while, so give yourself plenty of time and don't be in a hurry. The pricing here is fair for what you get. They are generous with the toppings too.
View on GoogleThis review is based on the feedback from my husband and daughters, as I did not order any food myself. The presentation of the food was very nice, but the taste did not meet our expectations. The wait time was quite long, and while waiting, I noticed a few things that concerned me. I observed that the burger patties were being heated in a microwave, and they used a culinary torch to finish the eggs and cheese. I also noticed that some staff members handled trash and then continued preparing food with the same gloves without changing them. Personally, what I observed left a negative impression on me. My husband and daughters also felt that the food was nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it was a one-time experience for us, and we would not return.
View on GoogleWhen we came there was a small line, but it went fast while we were looking at the menu. After ordering with the QR code, our drinks came at once and the pancakes few minutes afterwards, even though it said 25-30 minutes on the menu, so service was really fast. The pancakes were divine. Nothing more needs to be said, just try them!
