Their motto is What do we do well? Tempura. I used Gogle translate on their regular menu instead of the English one because some items I wanted to try weren't on there. Pretty much everything was excellent and freshly made right in front of you.

View on GoogleFirst, the conclusion is it was delicious. I ordered the Saito lunch set 1200 yen Rice, miso soup, salted squid, pickles all-you-can-eat Tempura consists of chicken (breast, thigh), chikuwa, small shrimp, 2 types of vegetables (today carrot and sweet potato) *By the way, I forgot to take the 2 types of chicken tempura. The main tempura was freshly fried, crispy and delicious. Rice is all-you-can-eat, but it was cooked beautifully so it stands up, and the miso soup was a white dashi soup with a moderate saltiness, probably from the day's vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and sweet potatoes. Pickles were light pickles of cabbage and kombu. And what attracted me most was the homemade salted squid. There was no cloying taste like existing products, and the faint accent of yuzu went well with rice, I could eat as much as I wanted. The inside of the shop is old but kept clean, I felt it was cleaned properly, and the staff were also friendly and nice people. About 5 minutes from Kanda Station and I want to go again.
View on GoogleSaito in Okachimachi, which I had visited many times, closed before I knew it. This is my first visit to the Kanda branch. There is a U-shaped counter and also tables. The lunch set at this shop is a merit where rice, miso soup, pickles, and salted squid can be refilled as much as you like. Tempura sauce is provided by default, and salt is also prepared. 🟩Saito lunch set (1,200 yen tax included) Chikuwa, carrot, sweet potato, shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken tempura. I visited Saito for the first time in a while. I don't know when lunch exceeded 1,000 yen, but I think it is still a very reasonable and popular price setting.
