Cozy, out-of-the way, 3rd floor walk-up maid cafe. The place is small enough for you to chat easily with the staff and other customers. The night I went was during the New Years season so the staff were dressed as Shrine Maidens rather than maids as usual. I ordered a cute bunny-shaped parfait dessert. Note that there is an admission charge, and the menu is in Japanese only, so a knowledge of Japanese is recommended.

When I heard maid cafe, I thought there might be things like a “spell to make the food taste better,” but there wasn't anything like that; my impression was that they maintained a comfortable distance. Since there's a table charge of 700プリモ(700円)per 1 hour, I'd appreciate something that makes it feel worthwhile, such as carefully selected coffee beans, charging 700プリモ for 2 hours, or offering more services. If they focus on coffee beans, I recommend buying Mona Coffee and serving it as “Today's Mona Coffee.” They also accept the cryptocurrency Monacoin, and you can stay for 1 hour for around 4Mona. A girl who previously told me her birthday was 4/10 is now working again saying it's 5/21. Is that a common thing at concept cafes? Maybe because I didn't buy them drinks, most of the staff hardly came over to talk. At the end, when I asked [Do you not talk unless there's a drink?], they started apologizing. What kind of training are they getting? I'm not going back. The place is cramped, too.

We went as a group of Spaniards without knowing what we were getting ourselves into. But the girls were lovely and tried to understand us in English. It was quite an experience. Don't order a mojito; it has nothing to do with what you think a mojito is.

I heard they opened at 12 and headed over, only to find their hours had changed a week earlier. I was close to tears. Some nearby Lillian Plian locations open at 12. If you're unhappy with the hours, please use those instead.
