I went for lunch! There are 3 types of local chicken noodles. Aka-dama, Shiro-dama, and 'Shoyu' with yuzu on top. Last time I had Aka-dama, so today 'Shiro-dama'. The seafood and chicken broth was exquisite so I drank the soup to the end! I forgot that I added back fat (se-abura) >< I also wanted to eat the famous? Shinpuku Gyoza, but I held back today because it would definitely make me want beer (^^; I'll stop by again after work^^
View on GoogleA ramen shop that opened in November. It seems there are three types of ramen. I didn't notice that chopsticks, spoons, and wet towels were in the desk drawer, but it might be a good system. This time I tried Shiro-maru, but it was quite good.
View on GoogleA ramen shop on Kanda Fureai-dori. I was lost for dinner and went in. I ordered 'Local Chicken Noodles' with 'White Rice'. You can choose whether to add back fat. I ordered without. When I tasted it, the clear broth soup was impressive. There is a freshness from the yuzu on top, but the soup was delicious. The noodles are straight and chewy. Toppings include chicken and pork chashu, menma, grilled seaweed, green onions, etc. Spicy mustard greens are also served to change the taste, so the content is plentiful. Because I didn't add back fat, I hesitated whether to change the taste of the clean soup. Eventually I added it and enjoyed a slightly spicy taste. This is a matter of taste. I think the route of enjoying the soup without addition is also possible. I think this is a ramen shop where you can get a bowl of ramen with high satisfaction. Chopsticks and spoons are hidden in the drawer at the counter seat. The location near the station is also convenient to use.
View on GoogleDelicious! The ramen is Hakata-style thin noodles, but there's a bit of chewiness and it's good! Pickled mustard greens with reduced spiciness, this is also delicious ^ ^ And the recommendation is gyoza. At first, I thought the single menu was only 4 pieces?! But the quite large gyoza contains a lot of meat, and plump shrimp are also included, so it tastes like xiao long bao and I'm very satisfied!! With the second one, I finished my first beer, so I accidentally ordered more beer (><) So that's why there are 4 pieces ^ ^ Ramen of course, but I think I'll repeat it for the gyoza! So I want them to make an advantageous set menu for ramen, gyoza, and beer ^ ^
View on GoogleRich shoyu taste, you can choose whether there is back fat or not. The yuzu aroma is refreshing, and the soup clings to the noodles, so it's delicious. It was also good that I could eat various meats such as refreshing chicken and melting kakuni. The seats are almost only counter, so I thought it was not suitable for going with many people when it's crowded.
