Small sushi spot run by just two people, so the menu is understandably limited. The portions were quite generous and the fish cuts were thick but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here again. Service was on the slow side. Even though there were only two other diners when we were seated, we still waited quite a while for our food. It would also be nice if there was some flexibility to customise the sushi selection. We were not a big fan of some of the sushi like the herring roe & squid
View on GoogleFood was exceptional, take the chirashi don. Service is slow - only two people working!! Very calm and relaxed. Wonderful, thick pieces of fish.
View on GoogleThis was a cozy intimate restaurant tucked away in a corner of a building. You wouldn’t even noticed it was l a restaurant if you’re not looking for it or a local. We had 2 plates of dish and everything was prepared for by the old guy behind the bar and the only waitress I assumed was his wife. So it’s very relaxed, atmosphere. The food tasted fresh, clean and affordable. I would go back again.
View on GoogleCute little Sushi place. Ambience is good, food was fresh and delicious. Google maps says it is in the building but you can easily miss it as it is a single door with name in Japanese. Look at the pictures and hopefully you will find it using the picture :)
View on GoogleNo frill type of sushi joint. Excellent quality; the sea urchin was like melted butter, the fatty tuna was sublime, and the salmon was surprising. Highly recommend the chirashi sushi. I don't see what the complaints were about the lady being rude, she was very nice to us. The chef as well. Try at least to say a few words in Japanese to come across and it will make things completely easier. Doesn't need to be much, but saying thank you, it was good, etc., comes a long way. Price is decent. Good sushi isn't cheap.
