SOLEIL Hibiya OKUROJI
Concept 'Food Diversity Thought'. Various food cultures at one table. Just as the sun gives its light and benefits equally to all people, we are a shop where various people can enjoy various world cuisines together at one table. Seeking the ideal of Food Diversity. We created our company's new business format as a shop where people who have food restrictions in religion, culture, or thought such as halal, vegan, and vegetarian can enjoy dishes together. The menu is 'borderless fusion cuisine' that fuses food cultures from various regions. At 'SOLEIL', you can enjoy food cultures from various 'ethnicities' such as Europe, America, Middle East, Asia...

I don't know why this place has such low reviews, it is good overall. I guess I got lucky. I am vegan and my mom is not, so this was the perfect spot because they have a few vegan options. My mom's food was good, mine was good. The portions were a small but the flavor was good so that overlaps the portion size. Service was nice and the atmosphere amazing!
View on GoogleSaved this restaurant in my Halal list around Ginza. Glad to be able to search this place using Google Maps. Accurately pinned. Staffs are attentive as there’s few customers during the visit. The foods are just okay. I had fish and chips (quite surprised they served it with veggies tempura- how I wished it’s a standard fish and chips one). The spaghetti is quite a letdown. The presentation is something unexpected. However the taste is still okay. I am so grateful to find this halal place to eat around Ginza. At least, my partner and I are not in hunger.
View on GoogleFood was average, portion sizes were quite small and over all didn’t match the pricing - the atmosphere made up for that though.
View on GoogleChic ambience. International food menu options that all tasted great. Halal. Vegetarian options available on the menu. The service is superb; fast, on point, hospitable.
View on GoogleIf you’re in Tokyo and craving global flavours with a Japanese twist, SOLEIL at Hibiya OKUROJI is a must-visit! I was blown away by the variety and quality—each dish felt like a celebration of flavour. The rice paper rolls with hot and sour sauce were so refreshing and packed a perfect zing. Burrata with pomegranate sauce and fruit was an unexpected sweet-and-sour delight—so creamy and bright! The wagyu burger? Absolutely spectacular—juicy, rich, and satisfying. For a touch of comfort, the tomato meatballs were like something my mum would make—so cosy and homey. The pesto avocado shrimp pasta tasted incredibly fresh, and the tomato soup and Margherita pizza hit all the right notes for classic lovers. And don’t skip dessert—the cheesecake, grande de chocolate, and pudding were all beautifully made, light yet indulgent. Truly an international food gem in the heart of Tokyo. Highly recommended!
