My dish was excellent and flavorful. The shop is standing while eating and I liked the different approach of the standard sit in restaurant. I will definitely try it again. I highly recommend it. I came the following day to try the beef tendon warm soba; it was flavorful and delicious.

Located next to our AirBnB, the food and service was amazing. Not a big fan of cold soba but their hot choices did the job correct

Came across this place by chance as it was close to our hotel and was open when other places were shut. The lady behind the counter spoke little English (more than our Japanese, mind!) but went out of her way to help us choose dishes and order. Our 3 slightly sceptical boys were quickly converted, and demanded to go back for lunch the next day. They now remember it as their favourite food spot from over two weeks in Japan, and I think I'd probably agree.

Staying at nearby hotel- and am glad I googled and found this place. It’s a novel experience standing eating soba which was delicious. The texture was chewy and you’re free to add more broth in vacuum flask nearby.

My go-to place for soba, especially back when they were in Kojimachi. I couldn't speak Japanese back then (other than the standard ごちそうさまでした！at the end of the meal), but the owners were always accommodating. Can't wait to go back!
