at Tokyo Station 🍤 The buckwheat tofu was excellent, and the large shrimp tempura was delicious. The soba noodles were fairly standard, but the complimentary chilled buckwheat water was surprisingly refreshing and a nice touch.

This place exceeded expectations for both soba and tempura. The soba noodles are fragrant, soft yet pleasantly chewy, and the broth is well-balanced and flavorful. The tempura is light, crispy, not greasy, and made with fresh ingredients—clearly great value for the price. What impressed me the most was the tofu. It’s incredibly smooth, delicate, and naturally sweet in a way that’s hard to find. This is not something you come across often. Overall, it’s excellent value and definitely worth trying 👍
