Cheap, good and fast.
View on GoogleHar-Char large portion 1000 yen at Kanda Chinese restaurant "Shisen Ikkan". A small town Chinese restaurant. Har-Char is a combination of stir-fried vermicelli and egg fried rice, the most popular menu. The stir-fried vermicelli is a bit spicy with vermicelli and minced meat, and the flavor of sesame oil is also slightly effective, which is delicious. The fried rice is only egg, simple but loose, not oily and delicious. It is good to eat with stir-fried vermicelli. Just the right volume for a large portion. Unfortunately, it will close on 10/28. #KandaLunch #KandaGourmet #FriedRice #TownChinese #WantToConnectWithFriedRiceLovers #WantToConnectWithTownChineseLovers 3.6
View on GoogleA long-established Sichuan restaurant in Kanda Mitoshiro. The interior is only table seating, and since it is a glass-walled shop, you can see the congestion at a glance. In addition to the popular lunch menu "Har-Char", there is a discounted menu for the day. "Har-Char" is a fluffy egg fried rice topped with spicy stir-fried vermicelli. If you want to enjoy fried rice, eat it with vermicelli on top of the fried rice without mixing it. If you mix it, it is delicious with a strange tongue texture where rice and vermicelli are mixed. Unlike the appearance, it is refreshing, so if you want to add depth to the taste, scoop a little of the set soup with a spoon, and sprinkle it over the Har-Char as you like. The taste changes to a completely different dish, and this is also delicious. Please try it. "Tantanmen" is, as written in parentheses as spicy noodles, not the tantanmen full of sesame that Japanese people imagine. It is a unique ramen where spicy stir-fried minced meat and cabbage are placed on top of tanmen with a well-taken soup. Is the spiciness from chili oil? The soup is delicious and the noodles are thin, so the noodles cling to the soup, which is delicious. You will be surprised at first because tantanmen with transparent soup comes out, but this is recommended.
View on Google3-4 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Kanda Awajicho A6 exit to "Shisen Ikkan (Mon-Fri 11:00-14:00 & 17:00-21:00 OPEN, Closed Sat, Sun, Holidays)"... It is a Chinese restaurant located on the 1st floor of a multi-tenant building. I ordered and ate 【Har-Char (Stir-fried vermicelli and minced meat fried rice, with pickles & soup) (900 yen) (Large portion +100 yen)】. The appearance is like egg fried rice topped with mapo vermicelli... plus pickles and soup. The taste is, delicious! Maybe it's surprisingly light, maybe the spiciness of mapo vermicelli and the egg of egg fried rice are neutralizing well? It's quite delicious! It was more voluminous than it looked, so it was good. There is also a mapo tofu set, so I want to challenge that.
View on Google【Likely to become addictive】 I had been to "Shisen Ikkan" when it was in Kanda Nishiki-cho, near the headquarters of the company I used to work for, and I think I ate "Mapo Tofu" at that time. After that, it moved in 2006, and somehow the popular menu "Har-Char" became famous. Eating that dish is my first experience. I was guided to a seat by the auntie, and when I looked at the menu, there was "Small shrimp tempura (I remember calling it Sha-ren at Osho when I was a student...) 1650 yen including tax" that I often ate at "Osho" when I was a student. ...So, I ordered it without thinking. Together with Sapporo beer (medium bottle 640 yen including tax) (choice between Sapporo or Asahi). Shrimp tempura... steaming hot, the cooking technique is wonderful, of course it is cooked properly but the inside is moist and half-raw, the batter containing eggs is fried softly and crispy. The texture of salt and white leek, close to ideal. It goes well with beer. And of course, the iron plate menu of this shop "Har-Char" has also been ordered... fried rice and stir-fried vermicelli come on one plate. Stir-fried vermicelli contains plenty of minced chicken, ginger is effective, to the extent that I sweat in the second half. I feel like I'm eating fried rice to escape the spiciness. Indeed delicious. No wonder it becomes famous. At least, this menu is not written on the menu on the table... it seems to be positioned as a secret menu. However, next to the front entrance, it is grandly posted "Stir-fried vermicelli, egg fried rice 1510 yen -> 880 yen". It seems to mean that if ordered separately it is 1510 yen, but if ordered with Har-Char it becomes 880 yen. Since it says so, it doesn't look like a secret menu, a strange positioning. But, after eating it, it is indeed a taste that is likely to become addictive. I already want to go eat it again.... And judging from the high-level technique even in one fried food seen in shrimp tempura, I think maybe anything is delicious. I've come to want to come to eat various dishes with a large number of people.
