The restaurant is particularly spacious, and I ate at a round table in a room, facing other people. The チャーハン had a simple flavor and went well with a single side dish. The からあげ had no unpleasant odor and was easy to enjoy. The unlimited ザーサイ was delicious and made it tempting to overeat without noticing. The beef in the beef and garlic-shoot stir-fry I ordered was very tender, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture, and absolutely delicious. The squid and vegetable stir-fry also had a good salt balance with a peppery kick and was tasty. The all-you-can-eat lunch with one dish was 900円.

The value for money is unbeatable, so it's worth knowing about this place to get through today's high prices. One thing to watch out for is to know how much you can actually eat before visiting. You can choose one side dish or a noodle dish, but the noodles feel much more challenging. There's lots of broth and the noodles are quite substantial and heavy, so, to put it bluntly, many people would probably feel full from the noodle dish alone.

【Kanda】 That Was Delicious series, installment 49‼︎ 『四川厨房 随苑 内神田店』 ※This post is an old memory diary posted after a delay. I'm very sorry if the information differs from how things were originally. Visited for lunch. It was quite a while ago, around after the COVID pandemic, I think, and I was amazed by how good a deal lunch was. Back then, there were even cheaper menu items below 700円, with most around 700〜800円. That included unlimited fried chicken, salad, チャーハン, 水餃子, 杏仁豆腐, and pickles. That's beyond merely good value. Many of the customers looked like they could eat a lot, and I found myself worrying about the restaurant. But it seems to still be going, which is a relief. I'd love to visit again after all this time. Thank you for the meal!

Revisited in March 2025. I was hungry, so I came back wanting to fill up on that buffet チャーハン and 唐揚げ again. Also because I hadn't eaten anything spicy despite it being a Sichuan restaurant. This time I ordered 水煮牛肉950円, which looked spicy at a glance. The numbing sensation is stronger than the heat. The meat is astonishingly tender, to the point that I wondered what they were using, but it tastes good. There are napa cabbage and bean sprouts hidden underneath, and eating it reveals that it's actually a healthy dish with plenty of vegetables. First visit in February 2025. It's in front of Shusse Fudoson along Shusse Fudo-dori in Uchikanda, one street in from Sotobori-dori. I'd noticed there were lots of Chinese restaurants around here, and where there are many restaurants, only the tasty ones survive, so my expectations rose. I tried one that caught my eye. They sell bento outside. At 550円, it's cheap these days. Lunch also starts around 900円, which is inexpensive considering the location. Inside, tables have even been placed in the fairly wide hallway to increase capacity. Although I was alone, I was shown to one of 4 tables seating 4 each in a private-room space. Lucky me. Since it's Sichuan, I wanted something spicy, but the upper left of the menu featured エビマヨ. That didn't seem quite right, so I looked lower and found a braised beef brisket and ニラ玉 set for 1000円. I'll have that. The staff asked whether I wanted white rice. I said yes, but they pointed out that チャーハン was over there. Apparently, they have an unlimited fried-rice system. So I canceled the white rice. Looking over, 水餃子 and 唐揚げ are limited to 3 pieces, but the buffet has unlimited チャーハン, shredded cabbage, soup, ザーサイ, and 杏仁豆腐. Even taking modest amounts adds up to quite a lot. I started eating right away, and the チャーハン was as good as freshly fried, while the 唐揚げ wasn't limp either. This alone would make a perfectly adequate meal. The main arrived when I had almost finished. The beef is brisket, so the fat is quite noticeable, and it's spicy in Sichuan fashion. The napa cabbage isn't overcooked and retains its crunch, which I like. The ニラ玉 is fluffy and generously portioned despite today's high egg prices. It's lightly seasoned and works even without rice. Unless you're extremely hungry, you won't get as far as a refill of チャーハン. After eating the 杏仁豆腐, I was full. The 麻婆豆腐 in a hot stone bowl that the person next to me was eating had an enticing sizzle and aroma. That would make a great picture. PayPay is accepted. The evening courses with unlimited drinks also look like good value. I've found a dangerous restaurant, in a good way.
