2026/4 Dinner The soba wasn't drained well, so the flavor gradually became diluted. Water had pooled in the dish holding the soba. The vinegared sea cucumber and tempura were delicious.
View on Google【Time】 Visited around 13:00 on a weekday. 【Crowding】 About 2 tenths of the seats were occupied. 【Taste】 ✔︎ Mini donburi and soba set The tempura rice bowl was sold out, so I chose takana and mentaiko rice. It said zaru soba, but there was no zaru basket. What exactly does the zaru in zaru soba mean? The flavor was aromatic, with a firm bite. It wasn't drained properly, so personally I wasn't impressed. 【Service】【Atmosphere】 Nothing in particular bothered me about the service. Payment is by PayPay or cash. There was no wet hand towel.
View on GoogleVisited at lunchtime on a weekday. I ordered: ◆Soba shop katsudon @1,100円 All rice bowls come with mini soba. As you'd expect from a soba shop, even the complimentary cold soba was authentic and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleToward the end of the year, I heard about a place with delicious soba, and it was worth coming all the way from Kumamoto, Kyushu. We started with anago tempura, oysters, karaage, and gyoza. Everything was prepared with great care, and the tempura, eaten with salt, was exquisite. They also have plum wine, sake, whisky, and more, and both the food and drinks were delicious. I finished with kamo nanban, which also had a robust flavor, and was very satisfied. The staff were helpful, and I had a chance to speak with the person cooking, who was very approachable and lovely. I recommend this restaurant.
View on GoogleA Shinshu soba izakaya. All the snacks in the course were delicious and just the right amount. The unlimited drinks selection covers the usual options too. The back right of the restaurant is like a semi-private room, with space for about 12 people. You can relax, but getting the staff's attention is a little difficult. PayPay was accepted.
