Place has ok Chinese food and service. But i have to take off 1 star for having a rat running around in the kitchen. There should be 0 rats in your kitchen at all times.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station's north exit. On the first basement level. Entered at 11:45 for lunch. There was one customer who looked like an office worker. One Chinese woman serving the dining room. One person in the kitchen too. Ordered the tanmen set. It arrived in about 5 minutes. Tanmen, half fried rice, and almond pudding for 600円. Cheap for lunch around Kanda. The portions were generous, but the flavor was weak. Both the tanmen and fried rice. By 12:45, it was full of male and female office workers. It looks like you could eat and drink cheaply at night too. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed at all seats.

Seafood noodle set, 700円. Comes with small fried rice and almond pudding. Is the fried rice kept in a rice cooker?

I felt deflated before even reaching the entrance. Nervously descended the dim, narrow staircase. Already felt like turning back. Inside, there was one female server. Even though it was close to 13:30 on Saturday, there were zero customers. I really wanted to leave, but I'd already gone in. Mapo noodle set (noodles, half fried rice, mini almond pudding), ¥630 (tax included). As others have said, the flavor matches the price! Both the noodles and fried rice were far too bland. My stomach was full, but my heart felt cold… My biggest restaurant miss in quite a while.

Someone originally recommended Shanghai Daidokoro, but we went to the wrong place and ended up here. Went with coworkers after work on Wednesday evening. There were no other customers, just the three of us. All-you-can-eat. But some dishes couldn't be ordered. This was honestly the first time I'd seen a restaurant get impatient when customers ordered. They wouldn't serve more food until everything on the table was finished. We ordered five dishes when we arrived, and one wasn't even made and never came to the table. The taste was average. I won't go again.
