As the name of shop, every menu has base of soup from marine material. “GINDARA (silver cod) Shibori (chowder)” ramen is addictive!!

Sister chain of the famous Tsukemen store in Shinjuku. Quality of Tsukemen (noodle) was similar to the main store but instead of shrimp, they use crab meat.

Couldn’t understand the Japanese word and google translated it, got the 1st on the third row on the machine Amazingly great. I chose the dipping style and the broth is just so well done with a strong fish flavour. These guys deserve more credits in the good foods they’re serving

I ordered black cod ramen. It has so rich taste of fish. I liked it but if you’re not good at the fish smell, I recommend you to pick other one.
