★★★★★Want to visit regularly ★★★★Would recommend, will return ★★★Would go if invited ★★Won't go again ★Wouldn't recommend Visited on 1/10 (Thursday) just after 13:00 There were 2 customers Bourbon Amarelo ★3.5 Today's specialty coffee(*´∀`) Low in acidity and bitterness, just the type I like❗ Is this what they mean by a soft or mellow taste? I'll come back to try various kinds ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ★★★★★Want to visit regularly ★★★★Would recommend, will return ★★★Would go if invited ★★Won't go again ★Wouldn't recommend 3rd repeat visit Visited on 12/13 (Wednesday) around 13:00 There were about 4 customers inside Premium Chocolat ★3.5 Today's specialty coffee Low in bitterness and easy to drink I couldn't really identify the nutty flavor(;´∀`) On my 3rd visit, I finally found a coffee that suits me! ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ★★★★★Want to visit regularly ★★★★Would recommend, will return ★★★Would go if invited ★★Won't go again ★Wouldn't recommend 2nd repeat visit Visited on 12/12 (Wednesday) at 12:35 There were about 3 people inside Colombia Supremo Pico Cristobal ★3 Today's specialty coffee It felt a little strong and bitter The lid had changed from a black one to a much sturdier red one❗ It's stiff, so be careful: it will spill unless you check that it's firmly closed💦 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ★★★★★Want to visit regularly ★★★★Would recommend, will return ★★★Would go if invited ★★Won't go again ★Wouldn't recommend Visited on Tuesday just after 13:00 It's directly opposite 神田勝本 It had just opened, so the tasting coffee was cheap❗ Today's specialty (Fancy Santa Rossa SHB) ★3 Actually, I prefer tea to coffee and had gone through life hardly drinking coffee at all(;´∀`) So I don't understand the flavors( ;∀;) But I wanted to learn about the taste, so I chose this rather than a blend Apparently it's a rounded coffee, but it felt a little strong to me (full-bodied and strongly bitter) Drinks are self-service, and paying feels like putting money in an offering box, haha The gentleman kindly shows you what to do There was also an eat-in area inside The display signs have detailed explanations, so even someone like me who doesn't know much about beans feels comfortable stopping by, and I thought I'd come again❗ The specialty doesn't seem to change daily, so I'll return when they switch to the next beans\(^^)/ Also, there were queues at certain times
View on GoogleThis is primarily a shop that roasts green coffee beans and sells them, but you can also sample coffee inside (100~200円), and they sell a few sweets and other treats. The café area is rather small, so it doesn't seem suited to long stays, but you can relax with a coffee while waiting for your beans to be roasted. My impression was that most of the staff were friendly older gentlemen. When I told them what flavors I liked, they recommended beans and also advised me on brewing methods suited to the equipment I use. At first glance, the shop looks a little intimidating, but they were kind and approachable when answering my questions. Coffee beans range from under 千円 to over 2千円 per 100g. There are lots of options and plenty of variety. I bought beans from Brazil and Rwanda. When I brewed them at home, the grounds bloomed amazingly as I poured on the hot water! It really made me think how fresh the beans were. Of course, the coffee tasted delicious too. For coffee beans, I recommend asking for advice to find something you like, but my recommendation apart from beans is the chocolate! They sell single-origin chocolate for 200円. It's sold as an accompaniment to coffee, but honestly, it's cheap! Considering how much you get, it's a real bargain! And delicious! Definitely try some with your coffee when you visit.
