If you’re looking for an authentic Xi’an Chinese food experience, then this is the place for you. There are lots of food options, but the noodle dishes are fantastic. The biang biang noodle was delicious, with the perfect texture and spiciness. There was a cold noodle dish as well that was excellent. The dumplings were very satisfying as well. Overall, one of the best Chinese food experiences I’ve had in Tokyo. It’s a repeat place for sure. The staff were friendly and service fast.
View on GoogleXi'an food in Tokyo at its finest. I was craving biang biang for ages, as it's my favorite type of noodle. They are the star of the show here, amongst other also very good food options. The service is efficient and nice. It was my second time here, I can confirm the 5 star review. Safe to say I will be back again !
View on Googleeverything we ordered was so delicious - the xiaolongbao and the stir fry black pepper chicken, I’d highly recommend! would love to come back and try more in the future😋
View on GoogleI ate Youpo noodle, a noodle dish without soup, with some pork and vegetable on top. The mala flavor is also added. For the noodle, you can choose one among four types with different thickness. I chose the Biangbiang noodle, a popular broad noodle from the Chinese province of Shaanxi. The texture of it was very springy. "Biang" in the Biangbiang noodle is expressed with one of the most complex Chinese characters, which consists of as many as 57 strokes, though there are some variations of the character. The one shown at the entrance of this restaurant is that character.
View on GoogleI visited the Chinese Xi'an noodle restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. This restaurant is famous for its "biang biang" noodles, which are made by pulling them to an impressive wingspan and smacking them on the counter, creating the signature “biang biang” sound. I ordered the noodles with all toppings, and I was delighted by the spicy, flavorful, and chewy texture. As most of the customers were Chinese, the restaurant truly offers genuine Chinese cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Xi'an noodles.
