I go to this restaurant for lunch whenever I get a chance. They serve healthy, delicious meals that are cooked from scratch, using very high quality ingredients. After leaving I always feel full and full of energy! They always have a vegan option, as well as serving meat and fish. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful.
View on GoogleDisgusting attitude from the lady that worked there. Looking down on the customers, so nasty. Paid 1900 yen for the steak and salad and it was the worst food I’ve had in a while. All sour, no flavor and all thrown on one plate that made it hard to eat without dropping food. The dessert was also bad how do you mess up chocolate mouse?! I understand it’s a healthy eating oriented restaurant but healthy food doesn’t mean no flavor and bad service. Worst food I’ve had in a while for one of the highest prices for lunch I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend.
View on GoogleAbsolutely delicious and healthy fresh salad buffet with meat and fish too. Also delightful freindly staff.
View on GoogleI stopped by the health and beauty café 「salud」 in Hanzomon, Kojimachi. This café is supervised by Dr. Yoshinori Nagumo, known for cancer treatment and burdock tea, and serves low-carb, body-friendly dishes. It is attached to Nagumo Clinic. ■Chlorella vegetable curry ■Shinrindori chicken thigh with a thick sweet-and-sour sauce ■Grain-fed beef steak ※Normally they use grass-fed beef, but they said they are currently serving grain-fed beef because of import restrictions. At lunchtime, the main dish comes with a low-carb dessert, and unlimited burdock tea, amazake enzyme water, coffee, and herbal tea. Today’s dessert was chlorella and beet mousse. Every dish I had featured gentle flavors that brought out the ingredients’ natural savoriness and made my body happy. The interior is spacious, stylish, and wonderfully clean, making it exceptionally comfortable. Close to the Imperial Palace and still not widely known, this insider’s health and beauty café made me want to visit again.
View on GoogleI had work nearby and was looking for somewhere to have lunch when I happened upon this restaurant. Judging by the name, I thought it might be run by a beauty company with a beauty and health theme, but apparently it is supervised by the director of Nagumo Clinic. I ordered the pork loin steak with ratatouille (limited-time menu?!). The drink bar has teas and other drinks that seem good for both health and beauty. You get meat and plenty of vegetables. It was a satisfying plate. Still, 1500 yen for lunch isn't exactly cheap, so it's an occasional treat.
